Has a bit of a strange after taste which is better the colder you make this, it does froth up quite a bit so I tend to just use half the amount of water in shaker, allow the bubbles to settle then top up, will be trying other flavours when I have finished this one

This tastes delicious therefore it is so easy to take. One scoop in water and it mixes quickly. I'm not sure about effectiveness as I haven't taken it long enough but so far it's a positive from me.
