They have great quality teas and in a large variety of types and flavors. I saw this and wanted to give it a try. The chai flavor is great, but it is too sweet even for this "sweetaholic". So I gave it one ding. It would prefer the concentrate to be unsweetened so I could use the type of sweetener I prefer and in the amount I would like.
