WOW! Improvement over others I have used
This is the 4th type of a SI belt. My PT recommended one thinner than my other but thicker than my older one. This was the required width and I love it! Thin, I don't feel I am over heating, and the straps to tighten are easy to adjust before sitting down so I don't have to take it on and off based on what I am doing, This is a big Advantage due to I need to wear it a lot. it is giving support to keep my hips in alignment and my SI pain is reduced. Easy to clean and well made. Very happy and love the improved design from others I have seen at a great price.

Excellent comfort and quality

Works but shifts
At first I thought write this was nice I felt relief but after 2 hours it was shifting. I had to adjust through the day multiple times I finally gave up and took it off. Guess I’ll keep looking for a better belt.

Why for women?
Works good for my SI joint support. Almost didn’t buy because it said “for women” why just for women? Cause it’s purple? Docked a star for that and does have a tendency to slip down. Was happy to find one that was made for a full size gal, or guy!

Helps my low back pain
I have a pissed off piriformis joint and this belt helps as ling as i am up moving. It does not stay put too well if doing a lot of sitting to standing activities.

Didn’t work out
I’m a larger person and have an apron/mom belly this belt folds uncomfortably under my stomach and it doesn’t feel supportive when tightened it just feels like squeezing I’m returning this.

I use a back brace due to disc degeneration and sciatica. This popped up in deals and after reading up decided to buy it and it really does give me support , easy to use and velcro is good.

Ich suchte eine Bandage, die ich bequem unter Sachen tragen kann. Der vom Arzt verschriebene Gürtel ist dafür nicht geeignet. Für meine Zwecke/Vorhaben, ist der vom Amazon ideal

Ischias Gürtel
Durch eine blöde Bewegung habe ich mir den Ischiasnerv eingeklemmt. Noch eine Spritze wollte ich nicht. Als ich den Gürtel gesehen habe, war ich erst sehr skeptisch. Aber und das sage aus Überzeugung und Erfahrung, der Gürtel ist super und lindert die Schmerzen fast weg. Man kann sich gut bewegen. 👍Wirkich Empfehlenswert.
