Awesome
This is why I write reviews, because someone else took the time to explain why this product was so great and I took a chance on it. I am really glad I did. If you are looking for an oil that moisturizes your skin and causes it to glow while sinking in and not leaving a greasy mess, NUXE Nuxuriance Gold Serum is for you. It is a medium thick oil and a little goes a long way. It takes about an hour or so to completely absorb into my skin but does not stain any clothes if I need to hurry and dress. I can still feel and smell it at the end of the day, so it continues to work for hours. And the smell is heavenly. It is like a summer day in a beautiful garden. It has been great for my summer sun burnt skin and has not made it greasy nor clogged my pores. I think it even prevented a peel I was sure I was going to have after a particularly bad burn. I have found that the more moisture you keep in your skin, the less chance the wrinkles have to form, so thank you Nuxe & the other reviewers for this product! I am excited to try the rest of the line.

Strong scent
This serum is nice however, the scent is too strong for me. I am sensitive to strong scents (they can trigger headaches) and prefer my skincare routine to be very subtle in scent. The oil is nice but does take a little while to absorb. I like using this serum at night to give it plenty of time to absorb but wouldn't use it during the day. It left my skin a tad too oily to apply makeup over. It seems to hydrate more than anything and I wouldn't say I noticed any firming. The bottle itself is good quality and you don't need very much. The value unfortunately isn't there for me at $80 for a 1 fl oz bottle.

Nice oil but has a strong artificial fragrance
MY SKIN:In my 40s, combination skin in the summer, but because I'm currently on tretinoin, the skin tends to be a bit dry and requires extra hydration, so I always use facial oils as the last step to seal in the moisture.THE GOOD:- This is a nice and rich oil, it applies easily and doesn't absorb super fast like a true oil should be.- I like most of the ingredients, it's just a mix of different oils, and I don't see anything super bad in there except for one ingredient that I'll add below.- It provided a nice final layer for my skin to make sure whatever extra hydration I achieved is not lost overnight. I use this as the last step before I go to bed.THE BAD:- So the ingredient I'm not happy with is fragrance. I couldn't figure out what it smells like, but then I realized that it smells exactly like a cologne my dad used to have when I was a kid. If you're familiar with 4711 Cologne, that's exactly the smell it has. So that's a heads up for anyone sensitive to artificial fragrance, or just not willing to have something smelling strong on their face. The smell doesn't go away even after the oil has been on your face for a while and somewhat absorbed. You just keep smelling it indefinitely.- I personally think the oil is super overpriced for what it is. I know it's made in France, but the bottle came just thrown into a plastic mailer, cause it doesn't have a box to go with it. You just get a bottle with a piece of paper attached to it with some info on ingredients and directions. I honestly had much cheaper products packaged much better.- I also think there are much better oils with fewer ingredients that you can put on your face, and not worry about any sensitivity ir irritation. And they come with a much better price tag as well. All in all, not a terrible oil if you're willing to pay that much money for it, and if you like smelling a cologne on your face for a long time. Other than that, does what it's supposed to do, so there's that.

Fragrant and Moisturizing
I’ve used both facial oils and serums, but never an oil–serum before trying this product. This feels most like an oil when you put it on, but absorbs into the skin faster than oil usually does. The oil-serum is a clear yellow liquid. It has a strong perfume that smells floral and grassy. I enjoyed the scent actually, it lingers for a little while. I have dry skin and this product has really helped. It was not irritating to my sensitive skin. I am happy with this product and would recommend this oil–serum.

Very silky smooth
I really like to take care of my skin so that I can help with the aging process. I had never heard of this but thought I would give it a try and I'm glad that I did.It only takes a very little amount and it soaks in quickly and does not leave a greasy/oil residue. It does have a mild scent to it. I cannot really describe it but it is not overpowering and it doesn't last long.

Hydrating serum
What my wife thinks about this serum...I don't know if I can believe the anti aging claims, I have used it for a little while and my fine lines look the same. The serum is just oil so when I used it the first time I just put the oil on my finger tips and rubbed into my skin. The next morning my face still felt like it had the oil on it, it didn't feel like it had absorbed into my skin at all. Now I mix the serum in with lotion to put it on my face and that seems to be much better. It's ok as a moisturizer but I haven't seen a difference in the age or look of my skin.
