Worked amazingly for my UTIs
I’ve taken a daily antibiotic for several years to prevent unitary tract infections. Every time I missed a tablet, I would get a UTI, 100% of the time. Many tests later, the doctors decided the only way to prevent my UTIs was with antibiotics, a far from ideal solution.I came off the antibiotics completely and have been taken 4 of these tablets a day (2 when I wake and 2 before bed) for three weeks now and haven’t had a single UTI. This is unbelievable! It has changed my life and I am over the moon!

Changed my life! Amazing!
I will begin by saying that for the past 2 years I have been suffering with monthly urine infections/cystitis, usually treated by cystitis cranberry sachets and every couple of months, needing a course of antibiotics. Being someone that doesn't like taking medication like antibiotics too frequently, when I was recommended a permanent small daily dose antibiotic by my doctor I was not very happy. I started to look into alternatives and this is when I came across D-Mannose.I chose this brand in particular for it's high 1000mg content and it's effectiveness for the price.I have now been taking these for two months (one tablet daily) as a maintenance dose. Not a single infection! This is the first time in 2 years that I have gone more than 2 weeks without symptoms or an infection and I am SO pleased!!!Cannot recommend this product enough, it has quite literally changed my life. Thank you! I have just ordered some more.

Good product,seems to be working. Prompt service. Cystitis prevention and pleasant to take. One a day seems to suit me. After suffering with the problem for some time this seems to be working so far. Can’t fault service from Harvey’s , re delivery and price extremely competitive.UPDATE. One year on and all seems well, have had no reoccurrence of bladder problem so far! Reiterate....good company to order from and price competitive.

These worked great for me after 3 courses of antibiotics and still did nt feel well. Googled alternative pills seen these and they helped me immensely

Great product
I was recommended this particular product by a friend who had used several types of D-Mannose tablets and that these were the best.I have suffered from UTIs all my life but I think that these do help me.Especially when taken in larger quantities as directed when I experience symptoms.I tend to take them twice a day as a preventative measure and I have recommended them to my friends.Large but easy to swallow they taste nice in any case and you can break them in half if they are too big without the fear of having a horrible taste to contend with.

Works for me.
I take this supplement after having years of repeated UTI’s.I will not be without it. Over a year without antibiotics!First sign of infection it’s 3 a day and otherwise 1 a day to maintain health.I wish I had known about this years ago.The NHS would save a fortune if GP’s could recommend or prescribe this.This pill really has transformed my life.

I've had issues with recurring utis and have all my life I've been getting them since June couple days after finishing antibiotics recently i came off my last ones over a week ago then tried this and it hasn't been back yet definitely recommend I take 1 in the morning and another at night ... edit I had 1 uti after taking these for ages once I finished my anti biotics I didn't take any more of these just to see if I still needed them or just needed to up the intake and I haven't had one since these are brilliant whatever kept causing them they must've helped get rid of it properly

Miracle worker.
I went through around 2 years of hell, weekly GP visits, on and off a never ending cocktail of antibiotics, referrals to specialists none of this made any difference. The very best the antibiotics did was ease the severe pain to discomfort for a couple of days, then it was back to being terrible again.I read about this product and people saying how amazing it was, I was cynical but willing to try anything at this point. It is absolutely amazing, that said, it can take a while for it to work and to get the right dosage for your body. It took me around 3 orders before I saw significant improvement. Once my symptoms had just about gone, I kept on a ‘maintenance’ dose for a couple of months. That was nearly 7 months ago since I stopped taking these and have absolutely no problems since.I cannot recommend these enough. My symptoms were ruining my life, but I am now completely free of them.
