The headache rack protects your rear windows from shifting cargo that could cause scratches, dings and broken glass. It features the extendable top cross-bar which can be adjusted for different size bed width. The adjustable range covers inner bed width from min. 51" to max. 71". The height is 30.5" to the clearance and 28" to the cross bar. All the required hardware is included for easy installation. This rack stays secure to your truck bed, using heavy-duty bolts and lock nuts (please note: some drilling is required) Review: Not show truck stuff but great for the money spent - Assembled and installed quickly on a 94 Toyota pickup. Paint is quite thin and will probably not stand up well but a decent quality solid unit considering what I spent on it. Toyota bedrails are 1" narrower than the mounting feet on the unit but they give you two sets of bolt holes so this was not a problem. All things considered well worth a five star rating. Easy assembly
Even though the box it was shipped in was mangled up... All the parts were there and was easy to put together and fit perfectly on my 94 Chevrolet Z71.

It’s functional but that’s about it.
It does the job, but arrived missing two parts that prevented me from installing the window protector. The steel tube seems light weight, and one of the frame tubes was flattened a little. It’s affordable, so I wasn’t expecting super thick walled tube.

It was a little too tall for my truck, I ended up taking the top peice down because it stuck up about a foot taller than my roof of my truck
