We all love this cat condo! It took a few days to arrive, but everything came in great shape. Installing it was very simple and quick. I placed out the pieces in alphabetical order and found the directions to be straight to the point for the most part. I however found that I ran into a couple other of issues along the way… first of all, one of the outside platforms stumped me and I unfortunately ended up drilling an additional hole on each side. I didn’t realize that there was an actual front and back end. It’s not a big deal, but I was slightly frustrated at myself for doing that. Second was the latches… I found the wood cracking in a few spots and wished that they would have predrilled the holes there as well. I ended up installing the first one too close together that I was no longer able to open the door, so I had to redo it. I hate that I had to add extra holes!Other than that, it’s beautiful, smells wonderful and I’m able to store my cats food in the top area to monitor the food level and keep it away from my dog.I would definitely recommend and purchase more of this brand in the future. It’s worth the money!

For the price, this is a great outdoor cat house. I have an 8 lb. shy cat, and she loves sitting in the yard. This helps her feel safe, it protects her a little bit, and it’s cute. I put a pillow pad in the top shelf, and that’s where she spends most of her time.

Arrived early. Packed and labeled well. Instructions are basic but clear. No missing parts, holes lined up fine.As others said the 2nd floor hole would be Much Better on either side instead of center so blankets could fit. It is thin wood so alone probably not best for winters as it has no insulation. We closed off the lowest front opening ( discourage raccoons etc) put good thick layer straw and self heating pad blanket and have whole house elevated on blocks, plywood then ridged insulation. It will at least be warmer than where our feral kitty is living. Overall nice. We'll see how it holds up after winter.

Pros from female: so easy to put together, took me about 30 minutes. Was shipped well. I love the size.Things I wish were different: I wish the hole in the second tier was a little offset from center to give more room for a bed. Same thing for the top tier, I wish the platform was bigger. I also wish the bottom hole was slightly bigger, one of my ferals may have issues getting through it.I put styrofoam around the openings at the top and middle floors due to the gaps being pretty big around all the doors, leaving it alone wasn’t realistic for winter. I stained the whole cat house to make it waterproof. I also added furniture lifts to get it off the ground.

I’ll keep this short. For the price, I’m impressed. This unit exists outside and has withstood this tornadic spring just fine.I’m planning on grabbing a second for inside the house.1. It’s bigger than I expected. I liked that.2. Built well enough and no parts came in damaged.3. Easy enough to assemble. Difficult to move around solo due to size and weight.4. Cats love it!

It looks exactly as pictured, went together quickly. The cats also love the box it came in.The package was almost in transit, but when I contacted the company, they quickly sent a new one.

I think my review title says it all.When the product page said "cats under 10 lbs" (or something along those lines) I should really have taken that to heart. This is NOT a cat house for actual cats; kittens yes, starving ferals yes, but not actual cats. This "house" is ludicrously small; a Barbie house, not a usable house.Second, it's WAY over-priced. In the hand, it's not worth more than $99. At $319 it's grand larceny. I feel the total fool for having buying this. It's cheaply built, it's way too light, and it was missing hardware.Third, there's is no way this lasts over one winter in any sort of reasonable shape. The "paint" is too thin, the materials are too cheap.PAY ATTENTION TO THE 1- and 2-STAR REVIEWS; they are far more accurate in their description than the 4- or 5-star ones. I fell for it, don't you fall for it. Will be returning it if the return costs aren't too high.Utter, utter garbage.1 star.
