There are a number of things I really like about this dollhouse set. I love that excellent directions are included. Choosing the order, background, and flooring for the ten larger rooms is great fun! I am delighted there are notches to hold the lights, and that I received at least two extra of each supporting piece used in assembly. Also, I like that stickers were not attached since I like tables blank. Most importantly, there were no missing pieces and only one slightly damaged one. Finally, nothing broke during assembly! Side note: I did receive a cute little pink doghouse with a blue bow instead of a dog carrier.There are several other things to note. This dollhouse kit should come in a box without a Christmas theme since the house itself has no trace of Christmas. Secondly, each room needs a different backdrop instead of three of the same bedroom pictures and two of the same closet pictures. Using different pieces of furniture and positioning them in different ways makes duplication less noticeable. Third, there are only ten lights on the string, so consider carefully which rooms will receive light. Finally, before securing one floor above another, check to make sure the tops of the background pictures are within the grooves, and do not forget to add lights as you go.Following the suggested configuration, the dollhouse is nearly 26” tall, 24.25” wide, and slightly over 10.25” deep. The two smaller rooms on the left have 4.5” x 4.5” usable floor space. The other rooms, including the patio and decks, have 6” x 4.5” usable floor space each. Though I added several pieces of furniture from other dollhouses, there is not room to place more than two items in each room.Honestly, I cannot imagine trying to assemble this with a 3-5-year-old, though any child over 3 would enjoy playing with the dollhouse. A patient child of 6-9 would probably enjoy assembling it with some guidance from an adult.

This dollhouse was cute, easy to put together, great size for little dolls and is of good quality. Everything was included.

This is a well-made good quality. Cute little dollhouse durable. Easy to set up and put together okay material. Good value for the money and grandkids. Love it.

Amazing to see it all put together however it was missing pieces

This is a cute little dollhouse that is a perfect first dollhouse for your toddler. The assembly is fairly painless and the details are really cute. This is boxed as a Christmas gift. (the actual work Christmas is on it as well as the box being red and green). The actual toy is not Christmas themed, but I think it's something to keep in mind if you plan to gift it to someone any other time of year!

This thing has tons of rooms for your little girls dolls…it comes with some stuff, but there’s so much room for imagination exploration with this little dollhouse!!! The possibilities are endless!!! My granddaughters are having a blast with this & it’s so much fun to watch them explore their imagination!!!

Absolutely love this product. It will make a kids dream come true. I can see them playing for hours and hours with this product. It's very sturdy and comes with all the furniture which would let a child's imagination run wild. I recommend this to any little girl and it would make a great gift for them.
