I am taking a small dose of vitamin A for eye health and I love the quality of this brand with the great reviews and I have never been able to swallow pills so being able to easily bite off 1/3 of a pill for my dose is fantastic and the pill has no flavor whatsoever so is very simple to take. I mention this because so many of the reviews said that the pills should be coated for easier swallowing but if you think the same thing it’s very easy to just chew them up with a sip of water and take them that way. ♥️

I'm impressed! These vitamins come in a glass bottle inside a box to prevent it from breaking. Vitamins are easy to swallow. Would definitely but again. Great value!
