DS543BB stand, includes 2 flute pegs and 1 piccolo peg. Very sturdy and well constructed. Very balanced and feels secure when just using the 1 peg with my B foot joint flute. Very fair price for what you are getting. Highly recommend; I would say get this and don't bother with a substitute.

I really love this stand, and I've used it for years. It's sturdy, doesn't slide on the hard floor, and holds the instrument up straight. My pegs got a little bit wobbly over time (I'm pretty sure I got it used), but they were secure and not a big concern. I got a new one of these stands recently, and the pegs were perfect and didn't budge. 😙👌The pegs are soft, by the way, to protect the instrument. That is much appreciated <3My one dislike is the bag. It ugly 😂 It also gets really fuzzy, and can leave yellow fuzzies on the felt pegs.Overall, an amazing stand. Will use forever. But the bag.. beware of the bag.

It has one peg the diameter to fit a piccolo and two pegs of the same diameter that will fit a C flute. Those pegs are too thin to properly support an alto flute. When placed on that peg the instrument flops around and stands at an angle. I wrapped one peg in felt to increase the diameter and then it worked fi. fine.

Makes it easy to switch between 2 clarinets.

I bought this for my wooden flutes. I retrofitted it with PVC pipe to fit the flutes better. It's awesome! Perfect for displaying my flutes. Really stable. Looks good. Very happy with this purchase.

My flutist was recently asked to accept the piccolo part as well...switching between both instruments required a sturdy stand in a hurry and this one is the best!! Not a flimsy part to it and the pegs are felted to prevent damage to the instruments... Totally recommend

I’m super happy with this purchase. I play Alto, Tenor and Soprano recorders and needed a way to corral them during sessions with other musicians. As others have mentioned, it gets unwieldy trying to keep one’s toes pointed to keep the recorders from rolling off one’s lap.I purchased the Flute/Clarinet Stand DS543BB.The stand comes standard with two (2) DS502B Velvet pegs for Flute/Clarinet and one (1) DS504B Velvet peg for Piccolo. I decided to order an extra DS504B (Piccolo) peg just in case, and was glad I did. My alto doesn’t fit on the second DS502B (Flute/Clarinet) peg, but the alto and soprano recorders each fit well on the two DS504B (Piccolo) pegs. The tenor recorder fits perfectly on the DS502B (Flute/Clarinet) peg. I am saving the extra DS502B (Flute/Clarinet) peg in case I ever decide to take up a lower-than-tenor register recorder or if I decide to buy a low-D penny-whistle (though I don’t think I want to supplant either the soprano or the alto).In case it’s helpful to know, I play Yamaha’s YRS-24B (Baroque Soprano); YRA-28B (Baroque Alto) and YRT-304B (Baroque Tenor) ABS plastic Yamaha recorders.Just (relatively) inexpensive recorders, but I’m still really glad for a way to keep them off the floor (or from having to tuck them under my arm) when I’m switching between instruments often.Thanks to all the other recorder players who left such detailed reviews. It helped me hone in on the right stand for my instruments.

I play the oboe and English horn, so I bought this stand for a piece where I have to switch in between instruments. The stand is incredibly sturdy and easy to set up. You can fold it and make it easier to transport in a backpack. I sit next to a piccolo player, and I let her use the third peg so that it doesn’t go to waste. Her piccolo sits well on it and the stand has made both of our lives much easier while switching instruments. I love this product!
