They have sent me defective goods It stopped working within 1 month their support team came and fixed it not not replaced it. Now again after 2 months it stopped working and waiting for Support agent to come. I don’t know how many times it will stopped working

Fan achha he mene 2 order kre thhe ek khrab ho gya 30 din bad orient company ko complan kr wa yi aadmi aaya check kr bola mcb khrab he aayegi tb lgaynge 19 din tk koi jawab nhi mene amazon ki call Kiya waranty clame ke liye amazon ne full spot kiya or mera pesa return kra thanks amazon 👍🥰❤️

Must improve their response time on product issues
Out of two fans purchased one was experienced sound and due to poor response I reviewed earlier as "extremely poor service after sales" but finally my fan has been repaired by brand engineer and for now it is working fine for me but I should say that they are taking too much time to respond.
