Absolutely wonderful Ink. Beautiful rich colour. Depending on what pen you use it in its characteristics will be slightly different. I have tried it in a couple of pens and my favourite to use it in is a Waterman Carene. It seems that the ink was made for this pen. The Carene is stylish in a classical way and this ink is definitely stylish but with a touch of individuality about it and it won't seem out of place in the office.It will certainly add a touch of class without drawing unnecessarily from the content of your writing.

Although I don’t usually spend this amount of money on western inks (Sailor inks are a separate matter), I have to concede this is a beautiful green.Unfortunately GvFC inks are not universally impressive and most of the line vary from run-of-the-mill to downright uninteresting, but the Moss Green and Hazelnut are top drawer.Specifically regarding Moss Green, it shades very nicely in a variety of nib widths - is well lubricated and even has a delicate cherry red sheen when the paper allows.It is dark enough to allow for use in a professional environment and interesting enough to use for journaling etc.With 75 ml to play with, it should last a while.Highly recommended.

A wonderful ink on one of the nicest bottles that I have come across at a very pleasing price. This was a gift for the other half, and she loves it. Happy wife - happy life.

A wonderful ink. It is not as vibrant a green as some but it is lovely to write with and looks very nice on the paper both when laid down and weeks/months later.

would recommend this with an extrafine nib on the faber-castell basic, mine writes like a dream with that combo, even on copy paper

Yup, it’s expensive as fountain pen ink goes; but if you spend 10 or 20 times the price of a bottle of Moss Green on your pen (or more!) does it really matter all that much?Nope, not when the ink is this close to perfect. It’s not olive, it’s not jade, it’s not grass green. It’s the color of the bugeyed A-H Sprite I owned many moons ago… a deep, restrained, pure lacquer green. [It is not, as one reviewer here has said, just ‘black ink.’ I’d recommend that fellow visit an ophthalmologist as he may be somewhat color blind].The ink flows nicely, on par with the similarly expensive and highly regarded Pilot ‘Iroshizuku’ inks. At last, an ink that is the perfect fillup for my Pelikan M101N tortoiseshell pen!

Die Tinte Moosgrün / Moss Green von Graf von Faber-Castell ist ein sehr sattes, dunkles Grün. Mit einer Bandzugfeder verschrieben, bilden sich im Schriftbild schöne, lebendige Schattierungen. Die Tinte ist zudem als dokumentenecht nach ISO 12757-2 zertifiziert: Selbst wenn sie unter Wasser gerät und das Papier durchweicht, bleibt die Schrift gut lesbar.Durch ihre dunkle Sättigung eignet sich diese Tinte sehr gut für den Alltag.
