Mastering Zoho CRM: Manage your Team, Pipeline, and Clients Effectively

As a new user of ZOHO CRM, I bought this book hoping that it would enable me to navigate the dizzying array of options that are available through this feature-rich software. Instead, I found information (mostly "how to" configure and descriptions of features) that is readily available online for free from the company. Most disappointing was the realization that many of the options described in the book aren't even available without a premium subscription to the software. Paying $35 per user per month would run a small firm like mine thousands of dollars per year. The book isn't worth the price, nor is the software.
