I was apprehensive about buying this because it was so cost efficient. But it has been a great buy! This thing works better than my old rormba and it's so much easier to empy and maintain. I love it and also had my best friend buy a couple for her place.

The vacuum works okay. Seems to pick up all the pet hair and dust. However, it does not have a way to set boundaries to keep it away from areas you don't want it to be like behind furniture where there are wires and cords, etc. The last vacuum we had, I had a magnet of strips, we could put down and it would hit it and keep it away. That option's not available with this one. Also, we have used it for about a week now and about the 5 times we've used it, 3 of them, it didn't make its way back to home base, it was somewhere else in the room and we have an open floor plan. We don't have the sectioned off room, so it should be able to find the base pretty easily but it doesn't seem to always do that. All in all, it was a fairly inexpensive vacuum but but had I do over again. I would spend a little more and get her better quality vacuum with a few more options.UPDATE:Customer service reached out to me after my initial 3 star review. They gave me some suggestions that seemed to have worked. Not totally, but at least It's working well now. I updated my review to reflect a 5 star. Because the customer service went above and beyond. In my opinion, to help me resolve the issue. Even as far as to offering a full refund. That's unusual nowadays, so i'm.We're really happy with the customer service.

For the price it is more than fine, it does its job perfectly, it is a shame that it does not have mapping or area recognition to go directly to vacuum there, but other than that for the price it is a very good purchase.

I have three pets and two people living in the house with long hair; moral of the story is there’s a lot of hair everywhere. I vacuum once a week but lead a busy life, therefore needed extra help during the week. As someone who has had a Roomba and was disappointed with the longevity of how long it lived, but overall was satisfied with the product, I decided to try something different before investing in one again. For the price point you are definitely getting what you pay for. I’ve had this for a couple days and watched it and it seems to get stuck in a lot of areas, but in other areas is really great at getting itself unstuck. It spends a lot of time in one room, but no time in others, which is frustrating. The battery life is about two hours, maybe slightly less. I live in a 700 sq ft apartment, I can’t imagine if I lived in a house because there’s no way the battery life would salvage. It sometimes still dies before finishing the entire house and just dies in a random room rather than getting to the dock, which is also frustrating. It’s about the same noise level as the roomba but my dog hates this one and could care a less about the roomba, so if you have pets something to think about. Overall I am unsure if I will keep or not or just decide to invest in better quality.

This vacuum is much quieter than others we have used. So far this is perfect for what we need. We have a dog that sheds, so we try to run this daily. The app is easy and convenient to use. You can start and stop through the app when you're not home.
