Does not work well
This product claims to heat water instantly well it kinda does if you need it to dribble from tab , it certainly can't run a small shower and struggles to fill a bathroom sink, you can just about wash hands . Waste of money for me

Does the job
Isn't the worst but really fiddly to have warm water with pressure so comes out slowly but gets the job done eventually.Used in a kennel to wash bowls

low heat even with a low flow rate.
Got this to wash down the dogs out back and the water is warm at best and that is with a very low flow rate, its working enough to stop the water being chilly but if you turn the water flow rate up its ueseless.
