I contacted YIYIBYUS and got their standard reply claiming they have technical experts to assist me after 12 hours Monday through Friday.I requested a link to the Mach3 software and a manual, got something in Chinese that I couldn't open. No link for the Mach3 software.The machine had no USB port making it useless for any laptop.I strongly recommend no one else get taken in by this company,1. Their customer service is non existent.2. The don't include a manual or assembly instructions.3. They don't include software.4. There machine has no USB port.

What you'll need to know right off is that this CNC Engraver will not match up with any newer computer system (NO WINDOWS 10-- NO 64GB) just older units like Windows 7,8, vista, XP, and only 32GB. I purchased this CNC 21/2 months ago now and haven't even started a program yet . To find the older computers are harder to find so I'm just now having 1 specially made. [Windows XP, 32GB 8gb, 1TB ] The MACH 3 down load system is infected , there is NO manual, costumer support, and no KISS I'm back to a better review on the CNC Engraver : The frame work is well built and sturdy [compared to others], When it comes to the softwear i used Mach3 [Newfangled solutions ] there's where you can find the Manual, Program download and registered licenses plus videos for help . so I'm giving this machine a much bigger review10/29 2020

This CNC was a Christmas gift and at valentines day it has still not run. There is no documentation. it will not work with a windows 10 computer. It requires a real parallel port which modern computers do not have.I think that there is a CNCEST link to the Mach 3 software but my online research warns not to trust the link. After a lot of searching I found a pretty good tutorial for setting up the software.I bought a refurbished computer with XP and a Parallel port to add. Tomorrow I will have the operating system and port the machine claims to need. I hope this works. I gave all 1 stars since it has not run at all yet.it does look well built for an inexpensive machine.it only has one small collet so i will need to buy collets to use standard 1/4 shank bits.My wife bought this as a gift. I wish the description included details on what else is needed to make it work. If it ever runs i may update the review.
