BOOST Breeze Nutritional Drink, Wild Berry, 8 fl oz (Pack of 24)

I buy a box of these every month. The taste is great for a protein drink, very ligh but filling. I always have one for breakfast with either a crumpet or fruit. I guess they are good for weight loss, although that is not why o get them. I get them whenever I’m in hospital with every meal because I have a hard time keeping solid food down. I have had an issue twice with one of the boxes leaking all over the others, but you can just rinse the other 23 off if you have that trouble. I think it’s an issue of drivers just tossing the deliveries. Our drivers aren’t very courteous and careful. They ate light, easy to keep down, with 9 gram of protein and very few calories. This would be a great weight loss helper because they fill you up without dragging you down.

Like taste and protein needed

this Boost Breeze is quite tasty. It has 9 g of protein which I need. It goes down easily -- not thick at all -- and is easily digested (for me, anyway). I haven't tried the other flavors but this Berry flavor is quite good.

Consume for filing my calorie count and protein intake. Quality of product is great texture is good in size with a great meal makes a filling meal does not make my stomach upset and makes my calorie counts

Ok, I get it that food and drink reviews will vary widely bc tastes vary widely. I will try to help. If you like things like sweet & sour, tangy, sweet BBQ with a bite, then you will like this. If you like Arnold Palmer tea, you might like this. But if you like just sweet tea and only sweet tea, then you definitely won’t like this. I drink this at lunch and pair it with both a sweet thing (piece of fruit) and a savory thing (nuts, a veggie). This drink is a perfect pairing with just about anything, but you need to be a flexible eater. It has really improved my lunches!
