Good product, but warranty experience could be smoother
Good product, but warranty experience could be smoother I purchased the boAt Airdopes 121 Pro Plus in Black. Initially, the earbuds worked perfectly for around 4โ5 months, but then they stopped charging. The warranty process was a little hectic. I first had to contact customer support through email, after which they provided access to the warranty claim portal. Thankfully, I was able to complete the claim without any major errors, and boAt replaced the product with a new pair. The replacement took around 12 days to arrive, which was a little long, but the new pair has been working fine for the last 8โ9 months without any issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and especially happy that the warranty was actually honoured. However, the warranty claim process could definitely be made simpler and faster.
