Are these tiles easily cut to accommodate non-standard dimensions/corners/angles?

It’s possible to cut the tile for specific dimensions, although it is difficult to get the exact angle. I suppose it would depend what type of equipment you are using. We used a handsaw and chisel. Doable but not perfect.

Is there a piece designed to function as the border? E.g. the garage entry.

There are pieces designed for that that you purchase separately. It looks like there are a few companies that make them. Make sure that you look for ones compatible with RaceDeck. Can these be used in a basement as a sub-floor? Plywood would be placed on top of these and carpet would be installed on top of the plywood.

We would not recommend using these tiles as a subfloor. Although the tiles could certainly handle the weight placed on top of them, we cannot guarantee that the material above will lay perfectly flat/not move around. Thanks, American Floor Mats

How many square feet do I need for a 3 car garage

Simply measure your garage, length by width. Typically, a garage is 12’ deep by 10’ wide. 120 square feet times three, approximately 360 square feet.
