I use this as one component of a strap system to secure top luggage on my motorcycle. Most of my straps use tough plastic quick-release buckles but I liked the security of having one safety strap using a metal cam buckle. The two-sided design makes it easy to adjust where the buckle sits on whatever you are securing.Note 1: The buckle must sit on top of your load. Anything resting on top of it could unintentionally release the buckle since the release tabs are angled upward which is nice for manual operation but not so nice if anything rubs across the top of the buckle.Note 2: You can make your own out of two standard cam buckles fastened together with a bit of strap. But, the Twocam is easier to use.Note 3: If you don't like the cutesy toucan decoration, you can peel it off with your fingernail.

The springs are strong.Has a tight grip.

I bought these while looking for regular old strap buckles that are sewn onto webbing already. These seem to be far stronger, much easier to use than the plastic buckles, and more adjustable as you can tighten webbing straps from both ends rather than just one side.

These doubled-sided, quick adjust buckles are something I had been searching for! These are SOLIDLY build and grip quality webbing robustly. I'm using them to hold furniture in place in our RV while in transit, and they stay tight even over the roads that make my teeth rattle! Super easy to undue too. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth.

I had to strap a desktop on to the bottom of a elevating desk. It worked great with 1 inch webbing. The springs are very strong and it secured the desktop under the desk without any sewing. Easy to use and felt very secured.

Used this to replace a broken strap clip and didn’t want to have to sew on a new one. I did have to remove the threads holding on the old clip, but that wasn’t difficult.

I used this to replace the plastic buckles that broke on my straps. Worked great
