ST16C 11" Articulating Magic Arm Clamp Mount with Super Clamp

I purchased this not expecting a whole lot thinking it would be somewhat flimsy but I'm pleasantly surprised that once you're tighten all the connections it is quite rigid and offers a great deal of flexibility in terms of where you can place your camera. I do have an issue with one of the set screws loosening periodically , but I quickly tightening fixes that problem . I might try some thread lock the next time it gets loose

I’ve been using this Neewer magic arm for a while now, and it’s honestly a great addition to my setup. It’s sturdy, flexible, and holds my gear securely in place — whether it’s a light, mic, or monitor. What I really like the most are the retractable ARRI pins. They make mounting so much easier and prevent the accessory from twisting or slipping — a small detail, but it makes a big difference in actual use. The tightening mechanism feels solid, and once it’s locked, it stays in place. It’s also easy to adjust on the fly without needing extra tools. Overall, great build quality for the price and very reliable for both photo and video setups.

I initially bought this product to be able to mount my phone to film training sessions with my dog both at home & places like parks, where I did NOT want to be carrying a bulky tripod. And it has completely exceeded my expectations in its versatility. It can fold as compactly as to fit in the palm of your hand & can be mounted to damn near ANYWHERE. I have mounted it to my car door, trees, a tennis court chain link fence, etc. I'm also kicking myself for not getting one sooner because it's SO much more efficient than the small desk top tripod I was using to film at my desk. It is very well manufactured and screw VERY tightly into place, not a single wobble in sight so long as the surface you are mounting it to can hold the weight of the mount and your phone or camera. I truly cannot recommend it enough for ANYONE who films ANYTHING. Anyone from the beauty girlies to the athletes to the culinary and crafting content creating divas would absolutely LOVE this product. One of the best purchases I have made all year, no BS

Marvelous, beautiful, precise piece of hardware. It feels great in the hand and is sturdy. The locating pins on either end are nice to have and press down into the mount if not needed.

The Neewer 11" Articulating Magic Arm Clamp is a versatile and budget-friendly addition to any video rig. I’ve been using it to mount accessories like a monitor and occasionally a mic, and it’s been very effective for lightweight gear. The one-knob locking system is incredibly convenient, allowing for quick adjustments while keeping all joints secure. The toothed elbow joint ensures stability, even if it sacrifices a bit of smoothness in positioning. Pros: Versatility: Works well with various setups like attaching mics, monitors, or even mobile devices. Solid Clamp: The included super clamp is strong and reliable, making it easy to secure to a variety of surfaces. Compact Design: Small and lightweight, perfect for rigs where space is limited. Cons: Weight Limitations: The arm works best with lightweight accessories. Heavier gear can cause the joints to loosen over time. Maintenance Required: The joints occasionally need re-tightening, which can be inconvenient during shoots. Overall, this magic arm is a great value for lighter setups and occasional use. Just be mindful of its weight limits and plan for occasional maintenance. It’s a solid 4-star product for anyone looking to enhance their video rig on a budget!

RECOMMEND: Yes! PROs: • Holds FIRM • Easy to adjust • Incredible quality CONs: • Weight restricted. I tried mounting a 4.5 lbs projector to it - yeah... I'm crazy 🤪. It held just fine, but I would not recommend exceeding 4 lbs. This mount should easily hold up to 3 lbs.

so this is the second "magic arm" I've purchased, I have it holding the mic in my phone/camera rig for when I do keyboard videos. This arm definitely earns the "Magic" in it's name. Its very solid, the ends lock really good when you tighten the clamp, and the ends with the extra grip so you can tighten them down to the super clamp and cold shoes or lights or whatever, it does a fantastic job of holding everything tight and still. It's so easy to setup, as simple as aligning things so you work with the arm rather than against it. I'm sure that if I put too much weight on it I'd have similar issues that I had before with my cheaper arm but this one is really solid, well built and holds everything exactly where I want it. Love it. Solid construction, good quality materials used, coatings are also nice, very quality item.

Use it for my shure MV5 mic and my kanto ora speakers. Doesn’t move and stays put. Works well and adjusts to where I need it to.

فعلا ذراع سحري لن يخذلك للأوزان المتوسطة مثل شاشات كاميرا لتصوير اضاءة مايك الخ

Buenisaima compra. Construcción de calidad. Totalmente recomendable.

Not cheap but very good. Very robust and rigid - in fact I used these to support polycarbonate chip guards for my mill and lathe!

Works as it's name suggests, "Articulate" . Sturdy product and feels premium.
