Perfect brand I'm using since 2 months

I recently started taking this magnesium complex supplement from Orzax and have been mostly happy with the results. On the plus side, I've noticed an increase in energy and better sleep since taking the supplement. I also appreciate that Orzax is known for using clean ingredients in their vitamin supplements. However, the price is a bit higher compared to other options on the market. Overall, I'd give the Orzax magnesium complex a 4 out of 5. I'd still recommend it to others who are looking for a high-quality supplement to support their energy levels and sleep.

I really like this product and found it aids sleep You need to take it everyday to notice a difference one here and there I don’t think makes a massive difference They are a higher end priced product by worth it They are bigger than a paracetamol but can be taken easy with a good drink of water. Worth a shot I would definitely reorder

Pills ok but very large and difficult to swallow
