I loved these ear buds for gaming on my Xbox One X. I have been using them since February of 2018 and just today I am having problems with the left ear bud. It stopped working after I tossed my ear buds onto the desk when I got up to answer the doorbell. The toss was only about one foot from the desk and then when I came back to use them, the left side stopped working completely.

when they worked it was great one side went out and no way to find out about warrenty. theres nothing on amazon to contact them about it. sticking to brands with contacts you can deal with

I liked the audio quality. Used these to listen to music and watch video. Read an earlier review that did not like theirs. And I am not a BOT. However, I will agree these are not any more powerful for bass but still had good sound. I took away one star for the performance at this price point. There are better earphones for slightly more money. Unfortunately, I usually leave my favorite ones on the airplane and these are a good standby set.

My bad: I didn’t notice the traditional earphone plug. I therefore had to purchase an adapter but it doesn’t work.

I like this in-ear earphones. The are a comfortable fit, and perform as advertised. I would recommend it to others

I use it for my iPhone 7 Plus. I don’t feel a 3D 5.1 in hearing, but it have a good bass sound compare to normal earphones. But it’s not quite 5.1 sound as I expect. I hope a next version has better 5.1 sound ( real). Thanks
