Although the instructions tell you how to set the dryer it doesn't tell you how long it takes to dry a load. By trial and error I have now figured it out and it dries a load much quicker than my old dryer. Depending on the load it takes anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours whereas my old dryer used to take 2 hours per load.

…..or, at least, that’s what it says on the tin!Controls are a bit complicated but, once you find the one you want, all is well. It’s a bit noisy, but usually drys first time.The fluff collector is an absolute pig……but once the clips wear in a bit, it does get much easier.Don’t give up on it. I love it now!

Having had my trusty White Knight drier finally give up on me I needed a new one pronto.Previous one was a 3Kg vented drier and this 8Kg one is HUGE in comparison.Pros are that I can now fit 2 washing loads in 1 drying cycle!Easy to fit (assuming you have a previous outlet for the vent hose.Like others I find the myriad of drying options confusing and unnecessary. I just want a choice of hi or low heat and a timer. This has around 20 drying options, many of which I'll never use.Can't knock it too much though, it dries clothes acceptably.

Simple to use, easy read program dials, happy with the drying results. One complaint, filter is so easy to lift out the machine but so bloody hard to pull the filter apart to remove the fluff...and I'm a grown, fairly strong man, good luck ladies

The product itself would have been great but ultimately I meant to order a condenser dryer and this was not. Eventually I lost out on £50 because that was the cost of returning this item I would have reordered a condenser unit but decided that in case I had to return it I could not afford another £50
