This was a fantastic build and super awesome that all the pieces are actually gold!

I know that this is a non licensed knock off Lego product so my expectations were low. The design was cute so there that’s a plus. Unfortunately the design mixed with the poor plastic quality makes the wings collapse under their own weight. You will need to glue parts together to get them to stay up.

Picked this up for a friend for graduation who's a MEGA fan of the movies and she LOVED it. It's an unusual model that I haven't seen before so it was a no brainer. It's very affordable and makes a great gift. The box it comes in is supper stable so minimal damage in shipping...unless they play kick the package, lol. The instructions are easy enough to read, not as clear as some of the major brands, but clear enough. Also the pieces snap together nicely with a few exceptions being too tight or too loose.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this for fans of the movies or books or for collectors of this genre.Happy Building :)

The itshWOee Golden Snitch Building Kit completed is quite large not at all small or petite like the movie shows but it looks neat and more of an enlarged version. It's easy to assemble and the instructions are easy to follow. I had all the pieces to complete the build and nothing seemed to be missing. It's at a pretty decent price especially if you're a Harry Potter fan. The portion I have issues with as far as the rating goes is that the parts do not snap together solidly and it is quite delicate. You can definitely tell the difference in this product versus the name brand as far as the feel of the pieces and the stability of the build.

I love how this golden snitch product looks on top of my shelf. The final build was bigger than I expected and it certainly draws attention to it when people walk into the room.The booklet had clear instructions on how to build the snitch and it took me about an hour to complete the entire project with my sister. If you're doing it alone, it may take up to two hours. I love the details on the snitch and the snitch even opens up revealing the resurrection stone inside. It's a nice touch to add for the Harry Potter fans.The my only con about the product is that it's very wobbly. Don't place the product where kids can reach because it's easy to topple over. I might have to tape the stand to my shelf to prevent the snitch from falling over. The weight distribution is off, I wish the stand was made of a heavier material. The wings for me were a bit wobbly too but as long as you don't touch it, it'll be fine.

I'm torn about how to rate this kit... it's an attractive kit (though it is a fairly blatent ripoff of the name brand), but the quality control seems to be non-existant, with some bricks very difficult to snap together and others won't stay together at all. The wings in particular don't fit well at all, and fall apart under their own weight with the smallest amount of movement. We have a lot of the various off-brand kits and sometimes they are nearly as good as the big name, but this time I cannot recommend it.

When I saw this I had to order it right away. It was actually pretty fun to put together. I love the colors and the different unique blocks they use.

The building set comes in a beautifully designed box with numbered bags for the blocks and a clear instruction manual. These small details greatly simplify the building process and make it easy to follow. The quality of the bricks is excellent, with no issues of clutching, dings, or dents, and all the pieces are perfectly molded. The final product is impressive, with sturdy wings and flawless functioning. This building block set is a fantastic addition to any room decor and is definitely worth buying. I highly recommend it.
