Best tuna available but maybe for a treat in the cupboard.
This is so expensive. But its hand caught tuna, in organic olive oil and unlike any other kind of tinned tuna, its seriously good, but save for decent salads and dishes. I also save and keep the olive oil to use later for other meals, like in pasta for an extra layer of flavour on days I've not got many ingredients.

I love this tuna. Once I discovered it I cannot go back to standard tinned supermarket brands. This one tastes so much better, it’s expensive but definitely worth it

Seriously some of the best preserved tuna I’ve ever had- it really is tuna steak- looks like tuna! Not mushy, not pasty, not dry or salty at all. Drain excess oil using kitchen paper but keep the tuna moist. Cold olive oils is great for you. Brine- nothing special.
