Easy install, Lifetime warranty...what's not to like?
This was easy to install, barely any tools needed (other than a basin wrench [they're cheap] and a screwdriver). And it works grteat! It took me about one hour (I am NOT a plumber--I'm a 68 yo woman who's a little bit handy) and no leaks or any other problems. Directions are clear. Everything works as s it should. For those with pets (especially cats), if kitty turns th faucet on to get you up and out of bed just cuz greedy Kitty is hungry, get a pool noodle. Cut a piece of the pool noodle long enough to cover the electric sensor, then cut a slit along that piece lengthwise. Turn the faucet on with your hand (using the sensor) then slip the piece of noodle over the sensor for the night and Kitty's access to it has been severed! Ha!!! You can also use a piece of tape--just be sure it's not clear tape or the sensor may still pick up movement. Even then, the faucet has a built-in shut off after about three or four minutes. I couldn't find it in the papers that came with it, but it shut off the every time (about 4 or 5) after three minutes. (It's just that it's annoying to be woken up by a cat and a faucet.) When you install it, just read alll the directions FIRST. Assemble slowly--don't rush it, and you will be sooo proud of yourself! But with a llifetime guarantee and a very nice working faucet, it's definitley wrth every penny!

impossible to register for warranty with company
Faucet is nice but impossible to register warranty with company. This invalidates any nice things I would say about the faucet itself, which seems a pretty counter-productive policy for the company to be using. It's an expensive item and a warranty would be nice. I cannot recommend the faucet for this reason.

Moen's Motion sensor faucet
This has proven to be a unique, easy to install unit its instruction were quite straight forward making it a quick assembly.

Great product but pricey for not getting power adaptor
Install was easy and the faucet works beautifully. Great spray pattern and motion sensor works reliably. Deducting one star because at this price point they should have included the AC power adaptor and not just the battery pack.

Wonderful Upgrade
Much appreciated upgrade from previous, original 20+ year old faucet. I like the slim, minimalist design.
