Works great and I only need 1 a day.

These probiotics and prebiotics are easy to swallow. I appreciate that it is both pre and pro - biotics in one pill. Price and value is good. There are no aftertaste. So far no stomach upsets.

I'm not sure if this needs to be refrigerated or not after opening. I can't find anything that says one way or another. If this contains what they claim, and its shelf stable, I would say it's a five star

Probiotics won't work to their fullest potentially without prebiotics...and this has BOTH!The veggie caps are easy to swallow and have zero aftertaste.Best of all, they're most effective for curbing my indigestion...but also offer peace if mind that my beneficial gut flira is in check.Highly recommended!

It is VERY economical, I love that. I also love that I get my pre- and pro- biotics all in one pill instead of having to take multiples...and it saves me money.No drawbacks at all that I can see. Good product.

Not sure why no one is talking about the fact that it contains carrageenan which is known to cause issues in the gut. This is counterproductive to taking a probiotic. Bummed I didn’t notice before ordering.

These supplements are one of a kind. They contain probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes. They come in 120 capsules. They're easy to swallow. In addition, they're free from common allergens. I normally take one of these in the morning.
