I purchased these even after reading a lot of negative reviews about how flimsy these are. No doubt, the metal for the tubes is thin and if you hammer the steaks at the tube edge, it will break. A common negative comment I noticed. But if you hammer at the top of the spike, they go in quite well and I ended up buying six more boxes of these things. If you drive them into the ground properly, they’re quite stable. I strung over 400 feet of light on these and we just had a big windstorm the other day and they held up well if I have more feedback in the future I will update this post.

Cheap and fragile. Don’t waste your money. Multiple stakes broke off even though I was cautious with a rubber mallet. Mostly all were firm but the ones that broke off they basically pealed off the welding. Several threadings on the poles were stripped and never stopped spinning. Once they were installed the poles were too weak to support the weight of the standard hanging light cords leaving the poles bending and just not looking good. Even with decent slack in between each of them. Which is the biggest negative for me.So Besides multiple stakes braking off, they are at least firm on the ground. But not what I was looking for. So if you don’t care about stakes breaking off, treading being stripped, and not having straight vertical poles then go ahead. But if you at least care about the appearance, then don’t buy this product.

I bought these to use as fence posts for 8ft netting, to keep the deer out of my garden areas. They worked absolutely perfect for this. Each pole is quite tall, which I needed for the fence material. At the top of each pole is a little \_/ to hang lights, cords, or whatever you need. They are quite sturdy, and have been holding up well now for well over a year, almost 2 years actually. They are painting black, and none have chipped or rusted out there in the weather. Installing them is just like installing a “Shepard Hook” with 5 little spikes at the bottom that you just step on to bury they look nice as well, easily blending in with the surroundings. They could easily support a substantial amount of weight, but the fence I used is pretty light. It has done its job of keeping those pesky deer 🦌 off of my property. I will be buying more in the future as I expand my garden amd landscaping areas. I think they are fairly priced for what you get. I recommend this product, and give it 5 stars! So far I've tried a few variations on LED lighting: - "tape" style LEDs - "string/wire" style LEDs - stick-on lamp types These neon rope lights are both the coolest looking and most well-made I've had, BY FAR! All the previous styles have had some major flaws, like cracking instead of bending around a corner or using batteries faster than I can supply them, or just not looking nice at all. The rope lights AILBTON Led Neon Rope Lights are not only the best looking and well made, they were the easiest to install and definitely the easiest to move around and reconfigure. The rigid yet soft outer casing bends easily but doesn't feel like it's going to break or crack when moving (like so many of the tape-style ones actually did). Add to this, the best controls and an actual bluetooth/phone app, I've not found anything even close to that in things in the same price range. I instantly wanted to buy more as did all my kids. The only thing that (some) of the more exposed tape-style LEDs better, is that they were a bit brighter, but the light was more "focused" so you could see separate circles of light vs. these with a consistent brightness all the way along the rope. Would definitely recommend.
