I bought these primarily for sleeping because I'm quite sensitive to noise, and they've been a significant improvement over traditional disposable foam earplugs. The soft silicone material is much more comfortable, especially when sleeping on your side, as it doesn't create the same pressure or discomfort in the ears. While they don't completely block out every sound, they reduce background noise very effectively, creating a calmer and more relaxing environment. Important sounds, such as alarms or someone calling your name, can still be heard, but distracting noises are noticeably softened. The inclusion of multiple tip sizes is a great feature, as finding the right fit makes a huge difference to both comfort and noise reduction. The best earplugs I’ve ever used!! I’ve tried so many different types of earplugs because I am on the spectrum and particularly sensitive to sound. I’ve had these for over a year now and I sleep in them almost every night. They are so comfortable and block out almost all sound without creating that awful suction feeling you can get with some earplugs. The multiple size options mean they fit my ears perfectly and I have had no pain or discomfort from wearing them so much. I also have a daith piercing and they are soft enough to fit underneath it without irritation. I have two pairs now so I keep one next to my bed and one in my handbag. I’ve used them on flights and during exams too and they are ideal, they make everything quiet (so I can focus or relax) but I can still hear just enough to know if an announcement is being made so I know to take them out. They’re the first earplugs I’ve found that actually work without causing pain from wearing them. If you are sensitive to sound, these are the best ones for you!!!

Good to reduce noise, not 100% reduction but helps me to comfortably travel on London commute. Can help with getting to sleep but gets a bit awkward to fully relax with ease pushed against pillow for long periods

Went on to night shift the same week construction started on a new build about 15 metres from my bedroom window and these have been absolutely fantastic. I've only used foam earplugs before which hardly seem to work and always fall out whereas these block out almost everything and reduce the loudest sounds like heavy machinery to just a faint muffled rumble allowing me to get a good night's sleep. They fit great which suprised me as I normally struggle with earbuds and the loop keeps them well secured all night, only once in 2 weeks of use have I woken up with one of them having fallen out. I was worried that they'd hurt my ears which again is a problem I normally have with earbuds but again they really suprised me I barely notice them when they're in aside from the fact I can't hear anything and when I take them out in the morning it's like they were never there even though I'm a side sleeper. Overall really impressed with these, there is a pair specifically designed for sleep but they're almost double the price and honestly these work great.

I've been working my way through all types of ear plug to try and find the best fit for sleeping. I'm a side sleeper and there has been a lot of trial and error, so when I saw reviews and adverts for these ear plugs I thought they could be a decent alternative to the silicone moulds I'd been mashing over my ear hole every night. They were quick to arrive and I followed the instructions on the first night to twist them into my ear, and I'm now realising how bad a fit my noise cancelling earphones are because these were pretty tight! The 'twist' locking manoeuvre can take a few tries to get right, but it is a snug fit once the plugs are in place, and you'll know they are in place when start to hear your head's inner workings. The default 'medium' size was perfect for me, although I'm tempted to try a bigger size to see how much of a vacuum I can create in my ears (we've all wanted to do that...). I wasn't expecting them to be comfortable, but they are surprisingly so - not enough for them to feel invisible, but they are certainly more comfortable than anything else I've tried. The 'loop' grip fits nicely into the ear and it is possible to side-sleep with them in, although I have woken up in the early hours quite regularly since using them over the past week. Sound is not completely blocked out as others have pointed out, but they make a huge difference to block out sounds of pounding feet and slamming wardrobes coming from above late at night. My main disappointment is mainly for myself in not realising that Loop have a similar 'Dream' ear plug specifically for sleep, and in Loop for the product description on Amazon which leads with 'earbuds for sleep', whereas their own website describes these as being ideal for 'naps'. UPDATE: I was initially very pleased with these, however they did become too uncomfortable for sleeping in, to the point that if I did manage to drift off while wearing them I would constantly be waking up until I removed them. I went back to using silicone earplugs, which have been the most reliable solution for me, but have since taken the plunge on the Dream plugs from Loop, which have been infinitely better for sleep (quite pricey, however).

At the age of 59 and after a lifetime of trying different earplugs, I can say these are without doubt the best I have ever had. The sound proofing is excellent, they're easy to fit and the changeable plug sizes mean they are comfortable and never fall out. My wife and daughter now both have pairs too

I suffer from very bad misophonia, I feel so much more relaxed now, they are expensive but worth it. I’m a side sleeper and because they’re flat inside your ear it’s very comfortable. Put off buying them for years because of the price but I should have got them sooner

These were almost too effective. Bought this cheaper set as I was not sure what it would be like. Used them at a motor racing meet, and the noise just disappeared. Unfortunately they also knocked out a lot of the people around me talking that I was hoping it would leave in place. But otherwise these are amazing.

I bought these for a 15-hour flight because I wanted to get some sleep without completely blocking out the world. They ended up being exactly what I was looking for. They don’t eliminate all noise like foam earplugs do, but they noticeably reduce the overall sound level. That made it much easier to relax and sleep while still allowing me to hear important announcements from the flight crew. They were also incredibly comfortable. Once I found the right ear tip sizes (a small for one ear and an extra small for the other), I could barely tell I was wearing them. They stayed in place while I slept, and my ears weren’t sore or irritated at all, even after wearing them for hours. The carrying case is compact and well made, making them easy to pack for travel. If you’re looking to take the edge off noisy environments without feeling completely cut off, these are an excellent choice. I was very happy with them for air travel.

Ich habe diese Ohrstöpsel gegen Schnarchen gekauft und muss sagen, dass sie jeden Cent wert sind. Es sind zwar die teuersten Ohrstöpsel, die ich je hatte, aber dafür sind sie auch die besten: sie sind weich, angenehm zu tragen und drücken nicht, auch nach Stunden nicht; sie bleiben im Ohr und zwar sie ganze Nacht und ohne dass ich sie fest drücken muss; sie schirmen Schnarchen so gut ab, dass es nur noch ein Rauschen ist; sie helfen ganz wunderbar gegen Lärm im Flugzeug und wenn es in der Umgebung allgemein zu laut ist. Durch den Ring kann man sie gut anfassen, obwohl sie sehr klein sind und in ihrem Etui gehen sie nicht verloren. Durch die vielen Aufsätze finden auch Menschen mit kleinen Ohren die passende Größe. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen (auch wenn ich wegen des Preises hoffe, dass ich sie noch lange verwenden kann) und kann sie von Schnarchen geplagten und lärmempfindlichen Personen nur empfehlen. Purer Gewinn an Lebensqualität.

Best ear plugs , doesn’t not move while sleeping

These earplugs are great! I somehow expected the 'loop' ring to be softer. But the earplugs are surprisingly comfy to wear, without that feeling of 'fullness' you get with regular earplugs. They fit snuggly and securely in your ear without poking, don't fall out while you are sleeping even when tossing, and effectively block out most night-time noises, like soft snoring, toilet flushing, etc. Hope they last a long time!

Good grief these are good! They are not hearing protection by any means, but they definitely dampen sound. I use them mainly to garden on a busy street, they offer enough dampening to save my sanity but allow enough sound in so I can still feel aware of my surroundings, not to mention they are subtle, people don't see I am wearing them unless they are close. They are also great for sleep when you need a light dampening but still want to be able to hear your alarm in the morning. Super comfortable. Just recently I discovered how durable these things are! I had accidently washed the whole case and pair in the washer and proceeded to dry them as well, oops. It was not until I was folding that I discovered the case in the pile with one earplug missing! I searched everywhere for it, but gave up and proceeded to do three more drying loads, on a fairly high temp before I found the missing earplug stuck in a small hole in the dryer. While it was a bit dustier it was in the exact same shape as before, no warping, cracks or anything! Pretty impressive. So if you are a little bit absent minded like me and needing a bit of peace, although they are a little expensive, wait for a sale, these are well worth the buy.
