They are about 6inch by an inch thick, but they're not very minty, and when I ordered mine, I only received 1 pack or 5 chews, not the 50 chews I was meant to get, so amazon refunded me and told me to keep the few chews. I wasn't paying the best part of £20 for 5 chews. I'd say try a different make of chew.

They used to have 15 sticks in we have not had any for 2 years so may differ now.

Q: Are these chews made in China?

I have a feeling they do come from China but cannot find anything to say that on the packet. I had a look on the pjpetfood.co.uk website which says that most of the stuff they sell is imported direct from the manufacturers. It doesn't actually say who the manufacturers are or where they are based. That's about all I can offer other than to say I used to purchase the chews from my local vet before finding them on Amazon. The dog has been eating them for at least 3 years.
