They are huge! And really thick. I'm glad I own a band saw so that I can cut them down. Which, on the positive side, does make them last a lot longer. I just would not feel comfortable giving my dog that much rawhide at one time.

My dogs are not big knotted bone or retriever roll eaters but with these they are all over them! BIG chips bigger than my hand big! None of that weak store stuff that is tiny and they get about 5 minutes out of. I have 1 pitty and 1 mutt. The pitty is done with her's in a bit longer but hey Pitty jaws. My mutt who is the same size it takes her a bit longer!

These are great, both dogs are working on 1 each right now. I keep them whole to help keep them from trying to swallow them. I read reviews where others were cutting them in half so tried it at first and my pit bull was fine but my bully XL swallowed it while still hard on just a couple of minutes. I was worried until it came back up about 10 minutes later. These are not like your store bought rawhide chews. They are at least twice as thick. Makes them able to chew until they can’t chew anymore. Both of them seem to absolutely love them. This bag will last months so compared to what you get at the store for 15 bucks that last 1 week these are just a great deal.

These are big and thick so they last a long time whis isn't really a plus because they are sggy and disgusting after a few days of chewing.

My dog

I have a German Shepherd and another dog that is 65+ pounds. They go through thick cut cow ears in about 15 minutes. This bag has a few chips that are on the thinner side but most are really thick. Thick enough that my dogs won't even chew on them, and I have never seen these two turn down a treat, chip or ear. Was really happy when the bag came because it was well packed, seem to be fairly uniform in size, variety of thicknesses but none of the really thin crispy type that my dogs finish in just a few minutes, flat, no smell - if you have a power chewer this will be a great buy.

When my dog saw me with the shipping box, she had her nose all over it. She was still interested when I opened the lid and pulled out the two big bags of chews. I couldn't open one fast enough for her! It was certainly unexpected that the chews would be packed together so tightly and that they were mostly flat and on the thinner side. Not the thick slabs or a mix, but all thin. Not paper thin, so each one delivers a fair amount of chewing time, and she prefers these thin chews. She's a 60# Stafffie, so they might need to be cut down for a smaller dog.8/1/20: Not all the chews are paper thin. I have a small open-topped box that I'll put a maybe adozen chews in, so Gizmo can pick out the best one for that moment. Sometimes I can hear her just tossing them all out onto the floor: for her own amusement. Rather she chews these rather than what she shouldn't. I still find them a good value if you have a chewer.
