great product
I purchased this tea maker over a month and a half ago and have been using it ever since. Because of plastics that leach into the food we consume, I have been replacing with glass or ceramic. This pitcher is glass. I have bumped it on my granite countertop several times and it takes a beating. The machine is very well made and of high quality. It makes great tea and it is easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

Works great for the price
I've used a big name brand ice tea maker many years until it died. To replace it with the same would have been over $100. This brand works great but know it would not be possible to replace the carafe.

Love the pitcher don’t like the little basket
I am a big ice tea drinker!! So I can say I’m an expert, I don’t care for the little basket!! It’s already stained and I like to press the tea bags to get all the good stuff out and pretty sure I will break it if I do that. I tried it without the little basket and then the tea bag will block the hole into the pitcher. So back to the little basket!! I wish the basket was plastic!! I mean it makes great tea and I love the glass pitcher. Just the dang basket!!

Sweet tea on a hot day
Exactly as described and pictured, can’t wait to try it out and be sipping some sweet tea

Overflow hole is pathetic
If you fill the water reservoir just slightly past the max line, this machine has an incredible little feature: a hole that is happy to spit out water all over your counter. And if you try to move the machine to clean up the water, it might be nice enough to spit out more water. This product gets "1 star" in my book because some company actually thought it was a good idea to design a "water release" hole on the back, manufacture it, test it, think "that's perfect", and actually sell the product. Some people should NOT be engineers.

Love this iced tea maker. We had to play around with the strength but once we found it, it is exactly how we like it. Quick to use..easy cleanup

Adorei!! Super indico!! Só não uso a jarra no dia a dia por medo de quebrar. Faço o mate e troco de jarra. Acho que a jarra poderia ser de plástico. Mas indico!!
