I am not sure where the mistake took place. The posting on Amazon indicted that a pack of 10 would cost $5 +. I knew that either the price or the quantity was incorrect. My expectation was that someone at Amazon or the providing company would notice the difference and contact me to and correct either the price or the quantity. I heard nothing. When the package arrived it was the quantity that was incorrect. I would never buy a quantity of one when I do quite a bit of matting. This was not the first order of 10 that I have made. All that being said, I an mot expecting any adjustment. What I am expecting is that Amazon make sure the postings are accurate.

I would expect artic white would be a bright white, but it was more of a cream color. Otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars. I looked at color charts online and they all looked white. I had to buy the mat board from a brick and mortar store to get the color I wanted. I gave the mat boards to my artist friend.

I used top get my mat board f from AC Moore. No longer, of course. This is fine for paintings that need a normal sized mat. Much better price than Michael's.

I cut my own mats and this mat board works perfectly. I like the thickness of the mat. I also like the size of the board, it is easier to use when cutting the mats to the size of my frames. I use a Logan mat cutter and this works perfectly. The only complaint I have is that the color is not a pure white. It is an off white. When I need a perfect white mat to match my paintings I buy a big mat at hobby lobby.

Is not an attic white more of a CREAM Color!!

It is a good product for its cost. I appreciated all the care that went into protecting it for shipping.
