Cute but came broken
The badge reel is so cute but when I took it out the package it was broken in half and missing majority of the stars on the inside .

Cute but not good quality
I bought this product and it broke after using it for one 8hour shift. The cow is made of super thin plastic and the legs snapped off. It is very cute but I would recommend going a better quality badge reel.

Just got it and the reel was snapped. It isn’t retracting or working properly.

Cute but poor quality
I received the package and then noticed some glitter floating freely throughout the bag it was in. I thought nothing of it at first until I shook the badge reel and glitter came out. I then realized one of the corners of the reel had begun to lift up because it wasn’t sealed properly. I used some super glue to put the corner back down. Other wise the badge is adorable and amazing for any Disney lover as long as it isn’t broken upon arrival 🙂

So cute! so many compliments ! The legs broke like the first time I wore it. I work at the hospital I don’t believe I was being rough with my moving, but it did break.
