Works Well, Decent Build Quality! (Be Aware: Does Not Fast Charge)
Gets the job done without any issues! Build Quality: Fairly Good Accessory has acceptable build quality: ports line up nicely and connect firmly, no rough plastic edges, etc. Charging speed: 5W Max (If I see it charge faster in the future, I'll update this review) I wasn't able to get above 5 watts of charging power through this adapter. Which, while dissapointing, is not necessarily a deal breaker for me. Simply having the ability to charge from a lightning cable is a huge bonus, and I had a feeling it wouldn't be able to fast charge in the first place due to the plug conversion going on. Overall: I'd recommend due to the convenience of being able to charge your usb-c device from a lightning cable, especially for the price!

Works as expected - Read its limitations!
It works perfectly for me and sits tightly on the end of the lightning cord. It seems like most negative reviews misunderstand what its limitations are, so let's talk about them now: - It cannot transfer data including sound, apps, or photos. This is strictly for powering and charging. - It can charge devices similar to the power needs of an iPhone, since that is what Lightning is designed for. You're probably not going to be able to charge a laptop with this. - The power adapter you are plugging into the wall plays a big role. If you have a crappy one or one that outputs very little energy, your USB-C device may not be getting enough power and will not charge. - The cord you are using counts too. Using a crappy one will likely not be reliable enough to power your USB-C device. I hope this helps and thank you to those who made this!

Seriously, don’t buy. Does not work. Times 4. Do not waste your money.
Bought a two-pack of these. Neither one worked. Got a refund, bought another 2-pack. One worked. Decided that was good enough, didn’t want the hassle of another return. What I didn’t realize was that it would only work the one time. Next time I tried, it showed as charging for a moment, then nothing. Past the return date by then. Oh well, money wasted. Update: just to reiterate, this is an exceptionally poor quality product. It showed up as a budget pick on a “best adapter” article on what I thought was a pretty reliable site, but either they don’t actually test the products, or the manufacturer knew who they were and provided a rare working adapter for their testing.

Great little item
These little adapters are awesome! They actually kind of snap on to the end of the cord so you won’t have to worry about it falling off or stay stuck in the device they are plugged into. I put these little charging kits together in small ziplock bags to take with me in my travel bags. It usually contains a wall charger, an AC charger and whatever cords I may need to charge different devices I have along. These adapters take the place of an extra cord, saves space. That’s why I got em anyway. And so far they work great, actually better then I thought they would for the price. I’m

Does not connect Apple Pencil Gen 1 to iPad Gen 10
This connectors is exactly as stated, with a male USB-C and female lightning-type connector. It just doesn't work the way the special Apple adapter evidently does, unfortunately, to make your iPad 10th generation recognize a 1st generation Apple pencil. Otherwise a good product.

Lightning to C adapters
With more devices using USB C it just makes sense to have. I only have lightning charging cords for my guests who have Apple devices and from when my kids and I had older iPads. Since we only have Android phones and the upgraded iPads using USB C, this just made sense while still having the lightning cable for our older Apple guests. No loss of charging capability, easy to use, fits right, and doesn't look out of the ordinary. Works well without any compromise.

Does Not Work Like Genuine USB-C Cable for Charging Applications
I bought this adapter to convert my USB-C to iOS Lightning Cable that I use to charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max with to be able to use the same Cable and power adapter to charge my iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th Generation) with. When using this adapter, the iPad indicates that it is charging, but it does not seem to be "fast charging." My iPad was sitting on somewhere around 35% charge remaining when I was in a room where I do not have my USB-C to USB-C cable/power adapter handy. Though both of these items are aftermarket, they perform just as well as genuine Apple products and fast charge my iPad whether I'm using it or not. The room I was in had the same manufacturer/model of USB-C power adapter, but it had an aftermarket USB-C to iOS Lightning Cable for my phone. Thinking that this product would be a convenient and inexpensive way to use this cable/power adapter arrangement to charge my iPad, I bought it. While using my iPad in this room with this cable converter, cable, and power adapter to charge the iPad while I was using it, about an hour had passed. The app I was using does not show battery life during use. After closing the app, I checked the battery charge, and it was at 28%, so the net effect is that the iPad still lost charge despite being plugged in for one hour (though, admittedly, not as much charge if it had not been plugged in at all). I realize that I was using my iPad while it was "charging," but this is not unusual for me and my genuine USB-C to USB-C cable performs very well, despite my use of the iPad while it is connected to the charger. It charges my iPad as if the iPad is idle. The only thing different between these two rooms' setup is this ARKTEK cable adapter. One room used it, the other did not. Where it was used, it could not keep up with the charging requirements I normally place on the power adapter, but in the room where it is not used, the same model of power adapter has no issue with similar demands. I'm not saying that this product does not "work." It works - it does convert the cable over and it does charge, but it will not "fast charge." I imagine that there is a mismatch (or missing) connection between the Lightning Port pins and the USB-C pins.

Buy these and don't waste money on Apple's iPhone 15 adapter for charging!
What a great little product. If you need to charge your iPhone 15 and have lots of leftover lightning cables (like we all do), this product is a great low cost solution! I originally bought the $29 Apple USB-Lighting adapter so I can use it with Apple CarPlay in my car but it's expensive overkill for just charging your phone. Not sure if these adapters will work or not with CarPlay since that involves data transfer. But they work great on a lightning cable for charging. For data transfer I use a high quality USB-C cable which supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 data transfer speeds from OWC.

Funciona para cargar
Funciona muy bien para cargar, si lo que quieren es enlazar el Apple pencil con iPad 10 hay que comprar la nueva versión de adaptador del Apple pencil directo en Mac store. No es para audio
