This is easy to set up, light weight, compact, and provides decent resistance. Every item in the description came in a neat package. The chart is easy to read & provides a well-rounded workout. The resistances bands seem pretty durable, but i dont know how accurate the resistance is. For the price, it doesn't matter. For the last 2 months, I use this 3 times per week with the 20lb resistance band and never felt insecure about the bands popping. This is perfect for a great workout (shakes, sweat, and all). Will definitely reorder if needed!

I love it. Purchased the upgraded version of the pink bar. Had no issues getting it set up and I love that it came with exercises for each part of the body on the insert. Directions sucked but this is my second bar in 3 years (misplaced the first bar). I got this one for the door anchor so I can take with me and lose out on fitness. And for the record I’m 5’5.6 and had zero issues with the bar being too short for me. And the bands seem to be pretty sturdy as well. Can easily see this product lasting a couple years or longer if you aren’t rough on the equipment.

I really liked it and it's great for working out at home. The bands really make your body work but it's also not painful. I have back and knee problems so this was great to add to my routine. I just wish the bands were adjustable. I'm unfortunately a little too short for some the exercises with it. But the height friendly exercises I could do were great. The bar is comfortable to hold in different positions. I have carpool tunnel and this felt fine in my hands

I received this set on Friday evening so I have only gotten a few workouts in but I love this bar (Pro version). I’m around 5’10” and I am able to lift the bar straight overhead with my arms fully extended. On Friday evening I tried just that and it was a little difficult but after using the bands for other exercises on Saturday they loosened up a bit and overhead was no problem. I like the straps that allow me to rein in the length quite easily when needed - still need to roll the bar for some exercises but easily done. I have an AeroPilates reformer (easier to store than other reformers) that I have used for years and I think the Pilates bar is giving me a much better workout. I also love that it’s quite compact for taking along when traveling. And I have no problem storing everything in the bag even though I just break down the bar and leave everything attached. Everything that was supposed to be included was in the box. I am very happy with my purchase - no regrets at all at this point.

Update: the company reached out to me and sent me another one. I was just going to eat the loss on the other one because i live so far from everything and didnt want the hassle so I am so grateful for them getting in touch with me and helping me. I tried it and it works wonderfully! I got a good workout with it and am so happy it worked for me. I love that it's so versatile, so small yet you can do almost any workout with it. I definitely recommend! Also, customer service was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't really say how this bar is because it's too tall (I guess that's how you would say that) and therefore I can't really do anything with it. I'm not short by any means(5'6) so maybe it's because I didn't get the pink one? I'm not sure but I'm sad cause I was really excited about it.

Unfortunately I’m 4’10” , I think because of my height I do not get the full tension. Feels too easy. Quality could be better , one side of the rode does not lock in. So it twists while pulling the bar up. Easy to store , and light weight!

Easy to use for Senior Citizens such as myself, but the quality and weight bands are good for anyone that is in need of strength training. The price was amazing, for all it does.

I was supposed to get 2 different weight each has 2 straps, got 3 strap 40 and 1 strap 30, so I won’t be able to use except the 2 40s and the other 2 will throw them away!!!!!!

This is great. I'm enjoying working out with it. I will say the resistance bands don't give too much resistance like I hoped but it's a purchase I'm really happy with and does offer alot.

Kit came missing one of the straps so I’m unable to work out with it
