As you can see by my pictures, I was a fuchsia (Radiant Orchid by Ion) color to begin with, (which was bleached to pale blonde to begin with) and it was too pink for me. I didn't want to add more chemical treatment to my hair since I have it really healthy so thought I'd give this a try. Simple as putting a deep conditioner on your hair! It worked in my favor that some pieces are slightly lighter, giving it a highlighted look to it. So the Pros to it are:1. Easy to use, just apply to clean, DRY hair and let it sit for 20 minutes.2. Color, for me, maintained about 10 days before I noticed any fading from washing it. I washed it 3 times in that period for reference.3. Smells good!4. Color is rich and vibrant.5. Made my hair super soft!Cons:1. It will stain! Almost everything! I used gloves, and rinsed in our stainless steel kitchen because that's one place it didn't stain.2. Since shower is plastic, I can not wet my hair in shower. So in order to maintain my color, I have to put shower cap on in shower and wash my hair in the kitchen sink. (But I will say, I love the color so much it's worth it to me.)So, in my book is worth the price, and works amazing!

I like how convenient the container is--I just scooped hair dye out and massaged it directly into my hair. And fortunately, one container of dye will last me a long time. I dyed the underside of my hair (which had been prebleached to level 8-9 and dyed pastel purple and pink, previously) and didn't need much for application, as shown by what's leftover.I will also include a picture of my hair before so you can see what I applied the super purple to, and how it looked after. Note that I used a lunar tides neon dragonfruit on the ends, although I did consider that XMondo's rhodalite could look similar (just didn't need that much dye for the ends, and continued using a smaller quantity from a different brand).My initial impression was that it smelt like a dusty, slightly floral soap. I'd also been dying my hair the last 2 months with arctic fox and lunar tides, and comparatively, I found XMondo's fragrance a little less in your face. Which i appreciated, as someone with asthma. Still for me personally, I don't like the smell much.I decided to try XMondo's hair dye because I heard tell tale that it doesnt stain surfaces (I live in a college dorm, and am crazy enough to dye my hair there. So def wanna reduce risk of staining). The shade of purple also attracted me, as well as the repairing and bond boosting ability of the product. Fortunately, the shower didnt need much cleanup, and as long as you're careful you can avoid staining your skin or other surfaces. I didn't personally notice a big difference in my hairs health (it was a little smoother maybe) but I did only dye a small portion of my hair if thats relevent, so it would probably be hard for me to tell.Overall, I would recommend trying this hair dye. It has a beautiful result for me, the quantity's great, and I like how convenient it is to use.

I have used several different color conditioners, and this one seems to be the best by far. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it bleeds for a while after washing my hair out. This has caused some issues with keeping the shower walls and floor clear of a colored tint and constant upkeep. However, regarding the actual color and vibrancy in my hair afterward, the smell, texture, and ease of application, I love it all and would not change a thing.I originally used the garnet color about a month ago, and it gave me a rich, beautiful color. With summer here, I wanted to go lighter, so I got the berry one. Since my hair was already on the red side, it did not give me the anticipated berry color. However, since I had lightened the front and center strips of my hair previously, I got the berry color I was hoping for. You can kind of see it in the photo—the front, straighter piece of hair is a bit lighter than the rest of the darker red color. The picture doesn't do it justice, but it has a more purple undertone than the photo shows. I love this product, and it's vegan, which I very much appreciate. Also, I only wash my hair about two times per week and I only have to use this product to recolor my hair every couple weeks. Sure it fades a little, but not like a semi-permanent dye might. This stays in your hair much longer with similar vibrancies depending on your hair type.

Bought for my wife. She’s has been coloring her hair blue for a while now and using another brand of semi permanent dye and saw this brand and wanted to try it.Came quick and packaged well with product having a safety seal that my wife removed when opened. The product as shown in photos is a very pretty blue and looks to have glitter specks in it. The smell is pleasant and the consistency is more like a deep conditioner than thin like Arctic Fox (scent brand, nice color range). Staining of the skin seems to be minimal as long as you’re aware of the dye placement. Rinsing is like most vivid colors, takes awhile and there’s always a small amount of bleeding for the first few washes but my wife has a “special” pillowcase that she uses to keep the problem to a minimum.Will update if needed on any issues that may occur.

Super pretty color, but the water was still blue 10 minutes into the shower. They dye also stained my shower. That's the reason its not 5 stars. It was really easy to use and works quickly. But again, because it stained my shower I wont be using it again.
