2. Please ensure an up to date Mobile Phone Number is used at checkout. Our couriers will text the day before delivery with an estimated 4 hour time delivery slot. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the goods when delivery is made as re-delivery charges may apply.

With all damage claims we request photos so that we can assess the nature of the damage & rectify this for you.
