I have used several brands and styles of curlers, this by far has been my favorite its easy to use, affordable, and leaves ypu with beautiful curls.

This is my second time purchasing this curling iron because the first one broke that’s why I’m giving it a four instead of a five the reason i’m giving it a four instead of a three is because for the value, I don’t expect it to last forever the ceramic barrel is smooth, and my hair glides in it nicely. It heats up very fast and has a lot of different settings for temperatures so that you don’t burn your hair. There’s also a turbo mode which I am not really sure it’s for and have never used or needed to use it also cools down typically quickly so you don’t have to worry about it burning up your counter for the price point. I would recommend this, but don’t expect it to last too long.

It’s great I’ve had it for a few months now and I actually use it. Good heat even has a turbo setting for quick touch ups. Good weight not bulky

I purchased this in the 1.5" because I wanted to see how the size would work for my and didn't want to spend a lot of money to test it. I have several mid-priced irons and I am not new to curling my hair. This curling iron has no glide when trying to slide the iron down and out. Also, the power and turbo boost buttons are poorly designed and placed, kept hitting them when trying to curl my hair. It feels cheap but you get what you pay for. If you plan to use the iron regularly, spend the extra money and get a better one.

I absolutely love this curling iron. As a hairstylist, this may be compared to a T3. It heats up fast, has different modes and temperature settings. Really easy to use. I’ve had it for a year or so now so I’d say it’s definitely worth it

really like this curling iron! only gripe is i’m not sure if i have some sort of acidic sweat or something because the words (on/off, Turbo) are already coming off the handle, but as long as you remember it should be good

I have waist length, slippery, fine, straight hair that does not like to hold a curl. I generally use a 1.5" curling WAND, but I really wanted loose waves and I found the wand (that tapers down to a smaller barrel) made the waves a bit too tight. So I thought this would be perfect since it doesn't taper and would probably make the perfect loose wave! I tried medium heat the first time, then high heat the next time, then max heat the 3rd time. Max heat definitely did the BEST, but still after letting my hair cool for 30 min then finger combing, my hair was completely straight basically. Photo attached of right after curling, vs 30 min later. What I *did* like is that it definitely lessened my frizz and my hair was nice and smooth. The little attached stand does a great job of keeping the hot iron elevated and from burning the countertop underneath it. The iron heated up quickly and evenly and seemed to be good quality.... but the end result is just too straight for me. Plus, after using the wand for so long I wasn't used to having the screws where the clamp is and I kept getting the screws caught on my hair as I was curling. That's my own user error though I'm sure.... Maybe if you have hair that holds a curl OR you're just looking to smooth your hair without making it quite as straight as a straightening iron, then this would be a good option. Otherwise, if you have slippery, fine, straight hair that you want to curl, you'll probably want to look into a wand instead. Hope this helps!

This curling iron is really nice, it heats up quickly and it has a comfortable grip and handle which makes it easy to add curly loose waves. All in all its what you expect from Conair, sturdy, functional and good pricing. The only dislike I have which is why I gave it a 4 star for easy to use is that the iron will only sit flat while on so make sure you have a silicone mat to protect your surface while it is hot. Hopefully Conair will add that little flip metal kick stand that most curling irons have for this purpose. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

I really regret buying this hair curler. It’s extremely heavy, very uncomfortable to hold, and burns the hair easily. The curls fall in less than a minute, so it doesn’t work as promised. I returned it, but they only refunded 10 AED, which made me feel cheated and robbed by this brand. I will never trust this brand again. Overall, I do not recommend this product at all.
