Came with an EU plug, not a UK one.Very unhappy about this.I will now have to buy an adapter.I should of just bought from the local pet shop

Be very careful when sticking it to glass!
Everything has been great so far but please, please be careful when sticking it to the glass - as I was getting it into position, a corner touched the viv and the whole thing suddenly stuck down and now it looks just like the “do not do this” diagram and there doesn’t seem to be any way of moving it without damaging it or the viv. Really annoyed, but if it had adhered where I wanted it to I can confirm it’s not coming off anytime soon!

Great product
Does a great job, stuck well to the vivarium. We’re using this with a sensor to automatically keep the correct temperature in the tank - working great together so far.

Fairly decent heat mat not a long term or reusable product
Not the best mat on the market even for a brand such as exo terra.I have used exoterra mats before and the same model I had success with a couple but had to return or replace a couple due to faults or poor performance.These are one shot mats as they stick to the glass once they are on you cant take them off without damaging them and it also leaves a lot of adhesive behind that takes a bit of elbow grease to remove.
