No - one control for the entire oven.

Does the drawer lock in? We just purchased it and have yet to use it. But it seems like we’re going to have pizza mishaps with how unstable the drawe

The drawer does not lock, but sits in the track level. Make sure you have installed the handle according to the instructions, it should not be loose. If you have a question on the position of the tray or handle assembly please reach out to the manufacturer at 800-999-4726.
