I love these gloves. I've been through three other pairs and this is the first pair that adequately protected my arms while gardening in a very thorny area. I was removing wild blackberries which had ganged up at the edge of the woods. This resulted in so many scratches and embedded thorns in my arms. I tried a few gloves that I had on hand and none of them offered adequate protection. The palm of these gloves is thick enough to resist the thorns, and the arm covering protected from scratches from these thorns and those from all the surrounding plants. They are comfortable, and fit perfectly and I will be using these for a long time to come!

These gloves are a god send. They protect me from the briar thorns, and I love them for it. They are comfortable and very durable. Would definitely buy again.

When we moved into our new house, it hadn’t been occupied for several years - so as you could imagine, the weeds were out of control. I bought these to help protect my hands while I yanked up 7 or 8 beds full, and they worked great. They’re elbow-length and the palms are fairly thick, so staved off most scratches or pinpricks. Only thing I haven’t been wild about thus far is that I used them for some gardening as well and when they get damp (from soaking), they STAY damp. But overall definitely comfortable and get the job done in terms of protection.

I love these gardening gloves! They provided my hands and arms with total protection for a a long day clearing weeds from our HEAVILY overgrown garden. In addition to protecting your forearms from scratches and sunburn, the long design also keeps dirt from getting in. There's no scratchy stitching and there is jsut the right level of padding around the palms so that you can use shovels/hoes/etc. without blistering. And of course, bonus points for the cute design.

The gloves are sturdy, colorful, and well made. The length is perfect for my wife and she loves the flexibility of the material and the adjustable closure at the top.

I was skeptical but they work and they are flexible. The area where the leather covers is the palm and sides of the thumbs. The areas on the sides of the fingers are cloth only so the only draw back is that if you do not touch the thorns directly with the leather, you can get pricked on the sides of the fingers. But, if they were all covered in leather, there would be little flexibility, so just know this when you use them., Make sure to grab the thorns directly with the leather palms and fingertips and avoid touching with sides or backs of hands. They are comfortable and durable and I am very happy with them.
