Voice Quality and battery backup is Good. Even wire Quality is Good too but wire length should be long little bit and I face issue due to its design as it's not fitted properly in the ear. Rest is Good at this price point. =================================================================== Need to Edit my review. After one and a half months of use, my neckband started malfunctioning, so I had to visit the service center. They accepted the product, but after nearly 15 days, I discovered they had sent me a different neckband in return, one with only 18 hours of playtime, while the original had 38 hours. I refused to accept it, and the service center agreed to take it back. Another 15 days later, I finally received my original model back. It worked fine for a day, but the next day, the right side stopped working intermittently. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. I took it back to the service center, where they checked it and said it was fine, but when I tested it again, the issue persisted. I left it with them, and although it started working again, by night, the right side would occasionally stop working. To make matters worse, it turns out that the replacement was a refurbished piece, which hasn’t been reliable. Based on my experience, I will not be purchasing from pTron again.

Good quality and better sound but some times can't receive the call and can't talk, sometimes it was informed switch off or disconnected ,one more think incoming ring is very slow sound can't heard in traffic areas

The song quality is awesome, and after a year, it's still running smoothly with decent battery life. Call quality is also clear. Plus, the design and colors are really cool and modern. Used product for a week. While charging third time, the battery got bloated and neckband went dead. 1. While reported the issue to Amazon, I was asked to contact Ptron customer service and they gave number. 2. When connected over their number, IVR prompted to register complaint over website. 3. When registered complaint over website, I got an email asking for invoice, warranty slip etc. 4. Post multiple emails, the customer service team finally acknowledged receipt of complete details. 5. Asks me to either send the device through post to their address or visit the nearest service center that is 10 km away, taking a break from my office. 6. I finally visited their service center and their engineer inspected the device and said cannot provide replacement. So here, back to square one. Waste of efforts and money. While the site mentioned one year warranty. Pretty difficult to understant what is covered in it. Better to spend more and buy a Boat device Bye bye Ptron. Never again.

The product is ok, sound quality etc, it fine, but there is some issue. How to open and close? The button of increasing and decreasing the volume if very small in length and there is no "middle button". I from my prior experience know that pressing in the middle will connect the device, open, close, pause etc but it is not marked here and the button doesn't appear to have any marking or depression or any structure that can be felt with hands. The light is also not so bright as it was in the earlier models.
