I only use this product twice and my lips are no longer chapped. I don’t know what they put in this product, but whatever they did it solved my lips being chapped constantly.

I just received this purchase and have not tried it yet. But I will say we are not off to a good start. Instead of the two lip balms I only received one.The price is good so I will keep it and give the lip balm a try, but I am disappointed.
