I was looking for patio sets for our new home that is not too expensive and doesn’t look cheap but this sets meet my expectations and we are very picky hard to pleased. I’m totally shocked by Quality of the patio set. The cushions are thick and the fabric is very sturdy. We love the fire pit beautifully made. The customer service is top notch. The set had 2 small sides pillows /lumber pillows missing I emailed them they sent them to me after few days. Assembly was not hard at all. The instructions was easy to follow. The first seat may take longer after that you can do it faster. My husband and I did it in 2 hrs. If want to insert pillows in their case after leaving them for 24 hrs make sure fold them the push them inside the case you need extra hand to make it easier can’t do in one person. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase for the price. I highly recommend to buy them if you don’t want spend a lot but looking for a good quality sets.

I ordered this patio set and I love this set!!!I even purchased addition pieces as I had more room then I thought. Easy to assemble and the cushions are thick and comfortable and they do not slide on the seats as they have gripping on the underside of the cushion. The color is beautiful and fun! I decided I wanted the firepit table instead of the adjustable one. I contacted them through Amazon. Rattaner was very helpful and worked with me to make an exchange. They responded immediately to any of my questions. Delivery was fast and even received quicker then expected. I highly recommend this company and their products. Great quality of products and the absolute best customer service I have ever dealt with!I love my patio set and firepit table ! Because it’s modular you can set it up different ways to fit your space and needs. Definitely 5 stars from me !! I am so happy with my purchase and very impressed with this company!

I can not believe how nice and comfortable it is. I'm completely obsessed, it far surpassed my expectations. Takes a little while to put together but once you got it all set up you will spend all your free time relaxing on your new patio furniture.

Wanted a sectional for our little patio that wasn't super expensive but also not cheap garbage that would fall apart. Arrived quickly and surprisingly was pretty easy to put together. One cushion cover was ripped, but the seller responded immediately and sent a replacement asap. The size and colour is perfect and the thicker seat cushions and pillow type back cushions are definitely comfortable. Can't wait for the weather to get warmer so we can use it more!!

Lots of parts, missing a few nuts and bolts. Wish the back would have been higher but overall it is fine.

Very nice set. Goes together easily and is vey good quality. Highly recommend. Does anyone know if you can buy just the armless chairs for this set?

Beautiful and relaxing once together. For one person it took about a day or two (breaks in between). Once together, it is just as described. Love the navy color and won’t stain as easily. Easy to wipe clean. The cushions are thick and comfortable. Make sure you open the package and let settle for 24hrs to fully inflate, Per the directions, as it comes vacuum sealed.Can configure any way that suits your patio or mood🙃.No complaints and highly recommend!

The set is nice and easy to assemble and I like that it has feet and is taller than similar ones. Problem is the poor workmanship and seller Rattan Artisan won’t stand behind their product. One of the bottom cushion covers isn’t sewn properly and split at the seam and due to the materials and how it split it’s not repairable. I have been trying for a year to get a replacement cover and the seller has offered nothing but excuses, saying cover will be available in a month multiple times. They finally offered a replacement cover but are asking for $40 since it’s been a year since I purchased. Well yeah, I’ve been trying to get a replacement for a year…when I told them that didn’t seem right the seller went back to saying the covers aren’t available. So I used it a handful of times and now have one section that’s totally unusable since it has no seat cushion. At this point I’d gladly buy the cover just to be able to use the full sectional.
