It is as advertised, firm and low profile.
I bought it because I could not find another plain old latex pillow. Most pillows are way too fat for me; this one is a little too firm and flat, but I have gotten used to it.

That Latex Smell is quite strong!
I like the low profile of this pillow but, that latex smell is overpowering. I've had many latex pillows but, none that smelled as strong as this one! I removed both zip cases and aired the bare pillow on a chair near the open window.After that, I took the bare pillow outside and beat it in the open air, with my hand. I Aired it for couple more days, bare, and finally the smell has dissipated. I washed the cases it came in and enclosed the pillow in a zippered dust mite pillow case sealing in any smells, worked. Yay, I'm keeping it because this pillow has no competition for that price!

Smell is too strong
The pillow feels soft but the chemical odor won’t go away after 1 week. I had to return it since the smell made me feel sick.

Amazing thin latex pillow
I was having trouble with a sore neck when i ordered this pillow and this was the perfect fix. It’s a denser latex so your head doesn’t sink much when you lay on it but that seems to be a good thing since the pillow is thin. I will say it does have a distinct smell to it but it is slowly going away with time and i only really notice it now if i have get my nose really close to it.

Low loft, medium softness.
My five year old likes this pillow. It is the lowest loft I have found so far in latex pillows and is medium softness. Works well for kids.

Medium firmness feel, good for stomach sleepers
Latex is a must for a hot sleeper like myself.Natural latex doesn’t compress like foam, it pushes back against you so it has a floating type feel. Memory foam compresses, sleeps hot and quickly breaks down. My 12 year old latex mattress still feels new. I’ve had latex pillows for almost as long and they’re still supportive. I ordered this one to keep in our rv for travel. Natural latex resist mold and bugs so I feel comfortable storing it in my rv. We have natural latex toppers that be been in the rv for several years. I have a bad back and can only get comfortable on latex.This particular pillow has a medium firmness feel. It’s not super thin but it’s thin enough for my husband to comfortably sleep on his stomach.If you prefer a squishy type pillow this medium density may be a bit too firm. I have a soft natural latex and it’s squishy.This pillow is natural latex and I suggest anyone get the natural latex because it lasts much longer.
