Good set if you've been thinking about plunging into magnetic tiles and want to make sure your kid is actually going to play with them before investing in a bigger set. These are sturdy, well made, and versatile. I stick with well known brand names for magnetic toys because I trust their construction better and have experienced cheaper non-name brands that break and expose magnets. Picasso Tiles, SmartMax, and Magformers are the brands we have had in our house for the last 7+ years and I have yet to have a broken piece despite being pushed to their limits by two boys. The various sets don't all work together, but they're all good for different kinds of play building.I thought based on the "mini description" that these would make a great stocking stuffer, but the packaging is huge flat plastic and would probably only fit in a medium sized gift bag. It would make a good giveaway for a prize in a classroom, or as part of a larger gift basket type of thing. The magnetic tiles themselves are great and once it's out of the massive packaging it is compact, but since the packaging it comes in isn't great for storage, it would have been nice to have a compact travel case or something so that it can be thrown in a diaper bag or backpack for road trips and stored easily. Most likely these will just get mixed into the rest of my kids Picasso tiles

We have multiple sets of PicassoTiles, so when I saw these, I thought they’d be a fun addition. And they are! The novelty of mini tiles had my kids very excited.That said, you only get 12 tiles in this set, which is $10 at the time of my review. That makes these mini tiles more expensive than the larger tiles, and I’m not sure the cost is justified—especially considering you can only do so much with 12 mini tiles.I’ve thrown these into a bag for car rides. I think to add them to our regular building sets, I’d want a higher quantity pack. But if you’re fine with this smaller set, these are nice colors (not too bright, not too boring), and the magnets hold well.Happy building!

I always liked the design & transparent colors on these for Kids & decoration.These are great Mini Builds, only problem was the Pictures didn't match the colors of the ones I received.But I still recommend this Brand for quality.

This is a cute but fairly basic set of magnetic tiles. While the tiles are high quality, 12 pieces are a bit too few to create variations so kids end up making just the cube with a triangle top.I think this set is nice if it's only for traveling or for a toddler. Note that there's no pouch or box in this set.
