I’m so excited to use this on my cruise. I have used multiple different plastic bag type cases with little luck, they always end up leaking. Then I end up rushing to get my phone out and to dry. So this year I decided to upgrade. Now I won’t go on my cruise until June, but I will update again after. For now have been testing this case for hours under water this past week, with no leaks (literally kept it under water all night. I love I can use the button to take a picture and the touch screen. Pretty easy to understand and if not check out the YouTube videos online for added help. The added lock on the wrist band is also nice so it doesn’t fall off. Definitely worth the money compared to those plastic clear cases

So I was little skeptical because of the low amount of reviews but I decided to take my chances. I went snorkeling in Thailand and decided to bring this along. It worked great getting pictures underwater and couldn’t be happier. It was waterproof with no water getting in the case and I was actually able to touch my screen of my phone while using it so you can still use touch screen after. The value for the money is worth and was good clarity photos.

Love this under water case! I’ve used many different ones over the years , this appears to be way better built and I feel phone is better protected using it. I like how the button is on outside of case . Other cases you’re trying to push your phone from inside the case not working getting frustrated and losing great photo opportunities. Can’t wait to put into action!

These worked pretty good. Even though I went to Hawaii the weather wasn’t great when we went snorkeling. Not easy to take pictures, but the weather might have been a factor. I would recommend them and I will use mine again.

My Galaxy S24 Ultra does not seem to fit well into this case. The bottom camera is partially obstructed. The shutter functions are sporadic at best. Amazon website states "S24" is acceptable. It is NOT.UPDATE: After a few hours of playing around with the case, I upped my 2** review to 3*** (for now). It's still not perfect, but I do like the quality of the case. The S24u lens that is partially obstructed is the 0.6 wide angle lens, which I hardly use. The shutter button was constantly pressing against the "Volume Up" button, which switched the camera to "Burst Mode" taking dozens of photos instead of one. I "fixed" this by inserting a foam spacer next to the shutter lever, so it no longer rests on the button.UNRESOLVED: Some phone functions are still awkward to manage with this case installed. For example, the phone's proximity sensor automatically darkens the phone screen when a call is received. I assume the phone thinks the case is my cheek, and "mutes" the screen to prevent accidental button dialing, like when you put your phone to your cheek. Unfortunately, this "feature" prevents any access to the phone screen while in the case, permanently "muting" and darkening the phone screen until it is removed from the case. I know ... some may say why take a phone call while I am snorkeling .... but I may want to use this case on the beach or a boat too. If this case prevents me from making or taking a phone call, it deserves to be dinged 2** stars. (The proximity sensor cannot be disabled on the S24u phone.)

The media could not be loaded. Used this for my Hawaii trip and it the videos and photos turned out GREAT! I would 100% recommend this over the “waterproof POUCH” because I’ve used pouches before and DONT WORK underwater. The second the pouches go under, the touchscreen no longer is functional. Sometimes it can start or end your videos unintentionally.With this case, starting and ending a video was reliable (button mechanics). Also I was able to use the touchscreen abilities underwater too!I was weary of getting this waterproof case because of some negative reviews but maybe they were people who just would buy it then return it after use or received a defective product. Or maybe they couldn’t follow directions on how to fit their phone inside.My phone: iPhone 16 Max ProThe only negative (which really isn’t) is when you end the video, your videos will pick up the “clicking” of the button but its not a deal breaker at all.I also recommend having a fully charged phone as there isn’t a way to turn your phone on or off underwater.Snorkeled 3 times throughout my trip and it kept my phone dry all 3 times

I purchased this but I was so afraid to use it and lose my photo in the ocean. It looked pretty solid. I was scared tho.No real issues, just need to use it.

Used the case for the first time in the Cayman’s snorkeling. Good news is that it was completely waterproof! In three feet of water, I was able to push camera buttons on screen. In 4ft, it was impossible. I had to switch to video mode and push the buttons on screen, above water and then dive down to shoot what I wanted. Not very convenient, especially since I wanted stills rather than videos. Do not waste your money!
