This sheet is good for cooling there is no doubt in that and it hugs your body while you sleep. I found it better to use a smell sheet or throw over the top though. When doing that my body kept at a nice temperature. I did find using this sheet alone with moving around I was actually cold. It does perform well, maybe just too well for me. It fit the bed nice and had a good weight to it. Quite expensive for what it is.

This is a really nice summer blanket. It is thin, but weighty for it's size.The blanket as 2 different sides, a slick silky feeling side, which feels cool to the touch, and a softer terry cloth side which feels much more snuggly against the skin.When it is really hot, the silky side is lovely and it feels cold, but I do prefer using the terry side as I like the softer feeling. It is brilliant to have bother options in 1 blanket. It is nicer to use than a sheet due to the weight of it, and it is much cooler than a summer duvet,

its an ordinary blanket nothing special

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this self cooling blanket to put on my Mum's mobility bed as she suffers badly when it's hot of a night. When I took it out of the plastic wrapping I could feel the cooling effect on the Arc-chill cooling yarn side right away and I find myself touching it on warm days as it's quite soothing to touch. The other side is made of bamboo Terry fibre. The fabric quality is excellent and the stitching is first class.I have uploaded a short video, the size I ordered is for a single bed, it isn't fitted so although you could use it as a bottom sheet, it probably works better as a top sheet.My Mum is using it as a duvet replacement on hot nights, she prefers the Terry fibre side against her skin at the moment as it hasn't been hot very often, it is the UK! The fibre absorbs heat from the body which cools body temperature 2°c to 5°c.This blanket is machine washable but you are advised to wash it in a laundry net bag. I didn't have one so washed it on a quick wash at 20°c and it came out fine. You are advised not to use a dryer so I hung mine out on the washing line and it was dry fairly quickly.This is quite a versatile blanket, on one of the rare summer days we've had I put it on my garden lounger, I can tell you it made such a difference, so much so I will be using it everytime I sunbathe.This is a quality cooling blanket and am very happy to recommend.

I'm obsessed with my new Battilo Cooling Blanket! The double-sided cold effect fabric is a game-changer - it keeps me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Battilo Cooling Blanket - 150*200cmNot sure about the technical claims, but the blanket does work well in the occasional hot (20+ degree) UK nights. Its a good intermediate option when a thin duvet is too hot, and an empty duvet case/sheet is too cold.The blanket is lightweight, so it didn't work for my son who likes a weighted blanket.Juts need to remember to dry it indoors rather than out in the sun.Blanket arrives folded in a plastic bag

What really pleased me, and surprised me in equal measures is that when i took the wrapping off the blanket, it was already feeling cool, which for a blanket with such claims is a good start in my opinion.The size that we chose for review was ideal as a top sheet on our bed and the basic premise of the blanket is that it has two sides, a shiny side and a terry bamboo side.If you have the terry side touching skin, it removes heat allowing the body to cool slightly, and if you swap the side over, it will retain body heat.As we were very excited to see what it did out of the packet, we sat on the sofa with it, even in a very warm summer room, and it was noticeable that it did not make either of us feel warmer, a very strange but pleasant sensation.It will be getting a full test run tonight in the bedroom, but the very first experience is very positive and a great addition just at the time when things are getting warmer.Would certainly recommend this to anyone who might need to be cooler when resting or sleeping.
